Lots of GF celiac safe goodies my personal fav is the turtle cheesecake. You can also buy their products at Save On Foods frozen. Such a cute little bookshop and cafe but always packed!

It is a very beautiful place and the food is great. But unfortunately, not great if you can't eat gluten. They do sell some yummy items at the market but if you want to dine in, there is only the GF waffle served until 3:30pm.
I've tried to ask if I could buy a GF corn pizza and they would warm up so I can eat at the location and they said no, without any explanation... it was passed 3:30pm and I didn't had any options to eat, so I had to find another place to eat, which was very frustrating.

Incredible vegan scones. I’m sure all the baked goods are incredible, and it’s nice they have several vegan and gluten free options. You can taste the local blueberries in the scones! The family who owns it is lovely and they are really committed to local sourcing and providing excellent quality and delicious food. The cafe is a hopping community hub. ❤️

My fiancée and I have been here a few times with our Rottweiler and we’ve always had a great experience. Especially today…we came with our dog and it had rained recently so everything outside was a bit wet, and we didn’t want to impose but we asked if we could sit outside with our dog. Staff immediately made sure to dry everything, and gave us BLANKETS! Our server was super friendly and made great recommendations for my fiancée as she has a gluten and dairy allergy. The TOMATO SOUP was the soup of the day and it was AMAZING! Both vegan and gluten-free. It should stay on the menu. She also wanted a warm drink but couldn’t have the hot chocolate cocktail on the menu, so our server made her a special hot cocktail and she loved it. I forgot his name, but his service was top tier! We’ll always come back and continue to recommend it to our friends. Thanks Trading Post!
Excellent coffee, yummy pastries, and an amazing gluten-free crust pizza! On top of that, Blacksmith is doing a fantastic job of re-opening under COVID-19 restrictions. Well done, Blacksmith team!

We stopped at this White Spot on a busy Monday lunch hour. The hostess was gracious in finding us a table in a quiet corner and when asked recommended a better parking spot for our oversize vehicle. Our waitress Colleen was just the nicest person, making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel so welcome. I had a lettuce wrapped Double Double burger which was an awesome choice for my gluten free diet. Well done, Walnut Grove!
With awesome toppings and a cheery crust, this spot delivers delicious pizza that's consistently impressive and keeps guests coming back.

We went to White Spot this evening for dinner. When I said I was celiac, our waitress, Liz, went above and beyond to get nutrition information, ensure that what I was ordering didn't have gluten, and kitchen staff even came out to discuss my options and advise me about what was safe. I was beyond impressed and this made it an incredibly enjoyable meal tonight. Thank you to White Spot Aldergrove for the incredible training of your staff and to Liz and the kitchen staff who made sure what I ate was safe.
I just love their gluten free pita! So happy they have such a good one that doesn’t fall apart super easy! It holds all the fixings so well! And it’s delicious 🤤
Such a cute little gem! Came in for brunch and loved all the food options. My boyfriend is celiac and there were lots of GF options and they were very accommodating.

The Hard Bean Bruch Co. is a great place to visit with friends while enjoying a delicious meal!
Right in the Willoughby Town Center, Hard Bean has a neat location, beautiful aesthetic and great service! I highly recommend getting a reservation especially if it's a morning on the weekend as I had always seen this place completely full whenever I drove by!
The menu had a bunch of good options as well as a gluten free and vegetarian menu on the back. I ordered the Hard Crunch Chicken which was incredible!
Definitely check out the Hard Bean Bruch Co. if you're ever in Willoughby!

My new fave coffee breakfast spot. Off the beat and path on 203st off 96ave. Best breakfast sandwich ever with apple sausages and I had the very tasty gluten bun they offer as an alternative to bread bun. Served with delectable roasted potatoes. They even have a dirty Chai which is Chai with a shot of espresso. I've also had their blueberry and chocolate GF scone as well as the banana chocolate chip GF muffin. Server is sweet and friendly. Please give this place your business so it never goes away.
Exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere make this spot a must-visit, with beautifully plated dishes and a perfect setting for gatherings.

Food gave my entire family extreme food poisoning. Service was inattentive, and the food/drinks mid.
Not worth the wait of their lines just to order.
We ordered takeout, got brought dine in. They took 40+ to deliver 2 hot chocolates and forgot the biscuits.
The staff was nice though, very hard to get their attention.
People cut the line. The patio is sweet: you can take your dog but the inside is cramped.
There's only 1 bathroom...
If you're lactose intolerant or allergic to gluten, I don't suggest dining here. (Cross contamination issues)
The place is more expensive than downtown vancouver. Yikes.
Great option for a healthy lunch. Have lots of gluten free and vegetarian options as well. Their food is fresh and tasty and portion sizes are generous. I would recommend a whole bowl or custom salad.
Can't get enough of the southwest chicken rice bowl. So good. Decent amount of gluten free options and they always have Strongbow which is a plus. Happy hour menu is good too.
With a great vibe and a variety of delicious options, this spot offers a unique experience worth visiting for a memorable meal.

First of all the place was clean looking and the staff were friendly and fairly attentive. However, we felt the food was lacking in flavour and authenticity. I ordered a gluten free bee hive pizza (they accidentally brought a regular gluten pizza, but was quick to bring me the right one and ended up taking it off my bill, which was greatly appreciated). Ok so I know gf crusts can be tricky but this was actually pretty terrible. My partner ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were decent, but the sauce was very bland and the noodles were borderline overcooked. If you’re wondering if this place serves classic Italian foget-about-it. Sorry to say but we will not be returning customers.
I am severely celiac and have eaten here over ten times without getting sick. They have amazing salads and can make the sandwiches, burgers and pasta gluten free. The service is always great and the atmosphere is quaint like Fort Langley. I highly recommend Beatniks!
Warm vibes and cozy seating make this a popular spot for coffee lovers who want to relax or work in a welcoming atmosphere.

Definitely a hidden gem. Food is always on point, and the service staff and kitchen always makes sure my food is modified in a way that my gluten allergy isn't an issue. My partner is obsessed with the steak sandwhich; gets it every time. I love the mussels and cajun salmon burger. Service is always great, and they always have something happening (music bingo, live music etc). If I'm being picky I'd love some more cider options on their drink menu. Wine and beer menus are decent though.
