My husband and I were looking for a lunch spot in Edmunston NB. We stopped in at Moonshin’hers. We sat outside on their comfortable patio. Our server Mandy was so friendly and knowledgeable about what was gluten free and dairy free on the menu. Lunch was delicious. My husband enjoyed his chicken wings and I my bunless hamburger. I went to the Diperie in Edmundston, and the owner, a wonderful woman, opened a package of gluten-free chocolate dip just for me, knowing that I am celiac. It's been about 3 years since I've been able to enjoy a good dip ice cream because of cross contamination! She made my day! Just wow!
