Food is decent. It's great that they have a gluten free eggs benny. Potatoes were definitely undercooked. It is always busy and a zoo to get in - not necessarily worth the wait to get in.
Expect a creative mix of flavorful dishes with a fresh, vibrant vibe that's kept loyal fans coming back for over 20 years.

I visited Fresh on Bloor street west on a quiet evening. Despite being an old patron at front street location, I gave a call prior to visiting since it was my first time at bloor street location.
I am vegan, and allergic to gluten and soy and wished to eat something on the appetizer side. I ordered a soup and poutine which had topping of cheese sauce and miso gravy. Being allergic to soy, I requested to give only fries with cheese sauce. To my dismay, when the poutine arrived - it was a plate of completely SOGGY and COLD fries on one side and a lump of dry cheese ( it was not even shreeded cheese- just a lump) dumped on another side.
Honestly, I was offended to even look at it and how a kitchen is called a kitchen ( of a plant based restaurant) and chef are called chef? I checked with server- was it not suppose to be cheese sauce - he very proudly mentioned that “ maybe if there was miso gravy, the cheese had melted to become cheese sauce”!!! REALLY ??
I was again offended even to discuss or argue about it as that soggy cheap cold fries with lump of dry cheese WAS NOT worth my time when I already wasted money.
Just an advise - if you really want to hire people who read the books and work in your kitchen- you may want to pickup college or school kids who may do a better job and likely be creative - but please do not offend patrons to waste their money on a plant based restaurant run by “ culinary chefs”! A total shame that one cannot get normal fries right. The soup was another disaster!
No thank you!
Casual vibe with an inviting outdoor patio and a solid drinks menu make this local gem a must-visit for a laid-back hangout.

The pizza is making me write this review. Wow. I had the vegan gluten free pizza and they nailed it. From the dough to the cheese, I was impressed. They have a wood burning oven also so you know it's legit. Peter/Dieter was our server and was super friendly and helpful with our group. We had a great time at Victory and I'll definitely be coming back for this pizza. Thank you for having a delicious option!
With a bright atmosphere, ample seating, and a great patio, it's a cozy spot perfect for working or relaxing with tempting treats nearby.

Not the greatest food - or coffee - but there’s something about the atmosphere here that I like; lots of windows and you can usually get a table here. Good place to work on your laptop or phone.
Patio option is nice in summer.
Extensive cake and pie menu is tempting. The chocolate macaroons are a good gluten free option.
I think it’s really the spaciousness that brings me back here.
