Please don't order gluten free pizza from there, my sister (who is gluten allergic) got a pizza from there on Friday (21/3) and has been sick ever since. It is not done properly, otherwise they have not made sure that it is cleaned properly. It's just not okay for her to get so sick because they have no control over it. If you don't have it under control, don't make and advertise with it.

Highly recommended pizzeria with Italian flair! We had 4 very tasty gluten-free pizzas and were given garlic sauce as a gift! The combination was very tasty! Great job! It is also a very child-friendly pizzeria! It's a shame that the pizzeria had steps as it's not easy to get in with a buggy, but next time we visit our youngest is so big that he could walk in himself. If you are in Hvide Sande you definitely have to try this pizzeria!

I soon don't know what was better, the service or the food. As gluten intolerant, Basso is simply one of the best restaurants in Aarhus. Food is top notch and at a super fair price. This is now the second time with them. At the same time, our waiter was also just completely truthful about this. My boyfriend is from Spain and needs the presentation in English, he managed that easily with good humor and a smile. Thank you for a wonderful evening - a pleasure!

I come here often with clients. We call it our "Cantina" because I work close by. Both myself and my customers love to eat here. i.e. that pasta with mushrooms - uhm!!! Really sweet and warm-hearted service. always wonderful honest and straightforward Italian dishes. and then you can get gluten-free versions of almost everything. Good pizza, can recommend. Nice that they have glutenfree dough & vegan cheese as options (gluten free dough is vegan but not homemade), but it's disappointing to have to pay 20kr extra for vegan cheese...

Absolutely loved it. Excellent value for money and looks really nice inside. I had a business meeting /lunch and it was great, service was perfect and food was very good. Very thin crust pizza extremely light, which was quite nice as I could get up not feeling stuffed or bloated and they even have gluten free pizza option if you were that way inclined. Have to go back soon maybe in the evening to try the wines

Super good experience. We had dinner here on 13/7, it was HIGH summer, very hot and very busy when we arrived. We got good and sweet service even though the waiters were buzzing around trying to serve all the guests - BUT now comes the best part: The food was REALLY good! We got 3 different dishes and they were all 3 hot, crispy and delicious. Our daughter has celiac disease, and we had booked a table a week before, to be sure of being able to eat somewhere that offered gluten-free food. We thought ours when we saw how busy they were when we arrived 🙈 Our thoughts were put to shame - really delicious food and good service. The reason they don't get 5 stars is that we waited far too long to be allowed to order and for the main course to arrive - but honestly, as busy (AND hot) as it gets! I'm sure everyone fought a battle and did their best. The warmest recommendations from here 👌👏👍

We need to eat in places where they offer glutenfree food, as our daughter suffers from celiac disease. Stuff was very nice, understanding and helpful. They know about celiac disease and the risk of contamination. Food was very good and we felt safe. They have a dedicated fryer and a separate oven to heat glutenfree bread. Our daughter ate the burger and really loved it. All the other food we had, was very good to. We liked the atmosphere in the "upside-down" boats. It is something special. It was not very crowded when we were there as it was not high-season anymore. We´ll definitely come back the next time we´re in Thyboron.

When we asked if they could make gluten free pizza, the answer was yes. Unfortunately, the pizza was taken out of the foil tray and baked together with the other pizzas. When we confronted them about it, we got a long explanation that you couldn't guarantee 100% gluten-free. It was not our view that they understood that the problem was the way they had handled the pizza.

Lunch on the one-day trip: Again delicious giant fish. Two "plain" and a fish fried gluten-free for me, as well as a large mixed salad with a bit of everything (instead of potatoes). Again, I just have to say that it was super cozy and delicious.
