We tried the "Have a Good Day Plate", along with the avocado toast with gluten free bread. French toast, and Petit Gateau, also gluten free and dairy free. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were well-balanced. However, the Petit Gateau could have been slightly less baked to achieve that perfect melted chocolate center. Overall, a great spot for a delicious and visually appealing breakfast in Osaka with a lovely view.

Idk why it’s michelin guide, it’s pretty straightforward okonomiyaki, the yam one is nice for someone who is gluten free. I wouldn’t wait more than 10 minutes. The service seems like they don’t want to be there. We sat on the second floor, the chefs don’t cook in front of you like on the first floor, someone brings it to your table and cooks it for you unenthusiastically. The room is bare, nothing on the tables, you have to order everything in line and can’t add more once sitting down. I don’t recommend it, Chibo Okonomiyaki is much better and you have more selection of drinks, and the condiments are on your table. For example I like adding more bonito flakes but there was no option here.

Kura sushi chain is great! They have an allergen menu online that you can use to guide you and order directly from the screen. It can be a but difficult to navigate getting a table but its yummy and really affordable. There are also a lot of locations so it became a good backup option to have while travelling.

Good food. They have ONE gluten free option. It's not on the English menu. It's the pork okonomiyaki from the Japanese menu. Not celiac friendly since they cook everything on the same grill.

Friendly people. Gluten-free options! Had a choice of three different soups. I've had two that were tasty. Not spectacular... but if you fancy a snack or lunch, highly recommended. Also check out the other branches! There are several in Osaka. But also in Tokyo, among others!

I've been there several times during lunch time. I love this restaurant because it's reasonably priced, delicious, and has a great atmosphere! Best of all, they have gluten-free noodles, which is helpful (I have a mild wheat allergy). This is one of those stores that would be in trouble if it disappeared. We also recommend the dessert cake! Great for lunch with friends or by yourself.

After visiting Osaka’s Castle, I went there. I ate a poke bowl and an açai bowl. The staff was really nice and help me to make my own gluten free bowl. They checked the ingredients. I get a bowl made with salad, shrimp and chicken, edamame, tomatoes, avocado and Mexican dressing. I am really happy about this experience.

I enjoyed breakfast at around 6:50am on a weekday at Dining & Bar LAVAROCK on the 3rd floor of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, located right next to JR Shin-Osaka Station. This restaurant is near Shin-Osaka Station, and even non-guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet (all-you-can-eat breakfast) from 6am to 10am for 3,900 yen including tax, which is great. Reservations are not accepted, so you can use it freely without making a reservation. The restaurant is very bright, spacious, and clean, with about 100 seats. You can choose your seat at any time, and I chose a seat by the window at the back of the restaurant. There are newspapers such as the Nikkei newspaper near the entrance, so you can read them freely. The restaurant was playing quiet, calming Western music in the background. As for food, salads, bread, fruit, Japanese food, and drinks, you can eat and drink as much as you like. The following were ordered at the table, and were also all-you-can-eat. <Egg dishes> ・Osaka rolled omelette ・Omelette or scrambled eggs (choose from ham, bacon, chicken, mushrooms, herbs, spinach, tomato, jalapeno, onion, emmental, red cheddar, or feta cheese) ・Fried egg (one-sided or two-sided, soft-boiled or hard-boiled) ・Eggs Benedict ・Poached eggs <Sweets> ・Waffles ・Pancakes ・French toast ・Oatmeal ・Hot water ・Hot milk <Drinks> ・Coffee (hot or iced) ・Cafe latte (hot or iced) ・Cappuccino (hot or iced) ・Espresso (hot) ・Caffeine-free Coffee (hot or iced) ・Hot milk Black tea (hot or iced) ・Green tea (hot or iced) ・Chamomile tea (hot) First, I ordered eggs Benedict and hot coffee, then went to the drink corner and chose the following, which were delicious♪ I was happy to be able to get a freshly made smoothie, and it was quite sweet♪ ・Smoothie ・Tomato juice ・Orange juice Then I chose the following food, which was also high quality and delicious ・Green beans ・Sausage ・Bacon ・Fried king oyster mushrooms ・Mixed beans ・Takoyaki ・Shumai You can choose your takoyaki, which is Osaka after all! Foreigners also seemed to enjoy adding dried bonito flakes and sauces to their food♪ - Yudofu - Okara (fried tofu) - Spinach salad - Salmon - Bamboo shoots - Burdock, beef and konjac stir-fry - Thick omelet - Red miso soup (with wakame, rolled gluten and spring onions) As expected, it has a slight sourness and the dashi goes really well♪ - Eggs Benedict Creamy and delicious♪ - Omelette (ham, chicken, mushrooms, herbs, spinach, tomato, onion, feta cheese) I later realized that fruit, salad, cheese, prosciutto, bread, etc. were near the entrance, so I ordered the following♪ Please note that the all-you-can-eat corner is divided into two areas. Pancakes Two cute little pancakes with white whipped cream ・Waffles Fragrant and moist with plenty of maple syrup and white whipped cream Payment can be made with PayPay or credit card, so it's easy to pay without cash♪ Dining & Bar LAVAROCK, located on the 3rd floor of the Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station, just a short walk from JR Shin-Osaka Station, is highly recommended for its high-quality breakfast, which can be enjoyed in the early morning!
