Alex was a great waiter! So helpful, spoke English, friendly and we got to try very authentic Spanish foods! A restaurant in the heart of the Triana neighborhood, a must-visit if you're visiting Seville. They have many gluten-friendly options. From the moment I mentioned I was celiac, they told me all the options on the menu and gave me a bag of breadsticks and gluten-free bread. The products are of tremendous quality, local produce, and a wide variety. We ordered octopus salad, delicious (I highly recommend it), garlic shrimp with avocado, Huelva prawns in salt, dressed potatoes, fried fish (with chickpea flour, gluten-free), where I highlight the cuttlefish and anchovies, also spectacular, pipirrana, artichoke hearts with sirloin, and cheesecake for dessert. The waiters are super friendly and attentive, the service is fast, and they're clearly aware of allergies and cross-contamination. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville, but especially to celiacs like myself, who have fewer options when traveling. Finally, I'd like to highlight the very affordable prices for the tapas and portions. I highly recommend it and we'll be back.
