What a gem of a find! My husband actually found this one and although I was a little anxious about the fact it wasn’t 100% GF I was absolutely fine! I had the GF Americana burger and I tell you what…it was the best burger I’ve had since being coeliac! Such a soft bun and delicious sauce! Highly recommend!

We loved this place! The food was absolutely delicious and presented in a nice way. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and what really stood out was their knowledge about gluten intolerance. They even had a separate gluten-free menu. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re gluten intolerant or dining with someone who is.

I was so happy to find a cafe in Valencia that offers gluten and dairy free food options. The veggie burgers were delicious and the gluten free buns amazing! I also had a gluten and dairy free chocolate cookie and loved it. Not too sweet with just the right amount of chocolate. The fresh fruit drinks were also very good and I had the option of no sugar for my lemonade. Most other cafes make drinks with way too much sugar so this place is unique! Thank you Alma libre for an outstanding food and customer service experience! We will definitely be back!

Great range of Gluten Free options for both pizza & pasta, unfortunately both were completely swimming in sauce that lacked flavour on both dishes. The amount of sauce made the pizza impossible to be fully cooked unfortunately. Service and Atmosphere were normal, no complaints there.

An extensive menu with many gluten-free options. The dishes are generous and delicious. I recommend the rice dishes. It gets very crowded, and conversation is a bit difficult. The staff is friendly and quick to serve.

My experience has been great. Nice place, clean and cared for in every detail, especially friendly and careful service. The letter is another topic, but for the better. We have gone from Valencia, on the recommendation of my son and his girlfriend who is Celiac. Regarding their intolerance, the facilities they give you to enjoy a dish with a small variation is appreciated, since in most restaurants they prefer not to serve you. Very careful so that there is no cross contamination and without putting on a bad face as is happening in many other places. Now let's get to the important thing, "The pleasure of eating" has been incredible, well-crafted, carefully prepared and well-prepared dishes, an explosion of flavors in the mouth, good wine and spectacular treatment from the owner. I have tried several dishes on the menu, my stomach usually complains immediately if the oils are not taken care of, I have left feeling light in my stomach. I have felt at home!! I recommend the potato bites with egg yolk and truffle, they are eaten in one bite and the sensation of flavors in the mouth is spectacular There is public parking nearby, this makes it much easier to go from other areas of Valencia.

We went to eat with the family and my wife unfortunately does not eat gluten and is vegetarian. When we told the innkeeper we did not feel any interest in looking for an option for my wife even though we asked him. It is important, no matter how Italian you are, that you seek to include people who cannot eat gluten and are vegetarians. That was not achieved in this restaurant and the waiter's response was what bothered us the most.

A good option to give you a good breakfast in Valencia. We went with children and they ended up delighted and we also ordered a dish for celiacs and it was very complete. Highly recommended.

We went on the recommendation of a family member and it was a great success. Food with good product, good flavor, surprising and unbeatable quality/price ratio. They adapt gluten-free dishes perfectly. We will return without a doubt.

We had passed by here a couple of times and there are never any tables. So we called to reserve a table. Every day they make a set menu (€25), that is, there is no menu or anything you can choose from. We didn't know that when you make the reservation you should say about allergies or diet (vegan) but luckily the menu was gluten-free. The menu includes four courses and dessert or coffee. They have a good variety of wines, if you bring a tea they have a discount. We ate a dish of causa Lima, a type of ravioli with pumpkin sauce but instead of pasta it was zucchini but wow it had the texture of fresh pasta. Then it was a plate of cold prey with some kind of eggplant meatball. Lastly it was grilled press. It was delicious, so tender!!!! We didn't try the desserts but they sure were good. We will return often!!
