Staying in Newcastle and we looked for a coeliac friendly takeaway and found The Galley. Staff could not have been more helpful in making sure our order was perfect and went above and beyond. Got two gluten free goujon meals and the food was incredible, the best gluten free chippy we've ever had with lovely gravy to go with it. Could not recommend more
Ordered gluten free dough balls for 4 servings, I was sent 10 dough balls. Have ordered this before and it was a ton of them. This time not so much. Charged 15 pounds for 10 small balls of bread. Totally ridiculous and the phone number to contact the store is not working. Very disappointed.

Couple on a Friday night. Never disappointed with Gatto's! My husband had fish and chips which he said was delicious and I had an excellent gluten free pizza followed by a pannacotta. Their coffee is also really good. The staff are lovely and there's always a great atmosphere.

As a gluten free person ive been coming to this exact pizza express for about two years i know almost all the waiters and waitresses names and they know my exact order ive never had a disappointing meal everything is absolutely delicious. Only complaint is the gf doughball portions could be bigger as there so good!! Will never stop coming to pizza express! If you are vegetarian or gluten free or both, like me, this is a great option for you in Bushmills. We got takeout for breakfast and came back and dined in for lunch! A man who seemed to be in charge was very attentive to answering my menu questions. For lunch I had the melted goat cheese sandwich on delicious GF bread- washed down with a GF beer. Great coeliac options on the menu and food was lovely but slightly overpriced.
The music is way too loud, we felt like we were at a gay nightclub!! Also way too brightly lit for evening service, not very relaxing at all.
Some of the team were super lovely but our waiter didn't really look as though they wanted to be there, either new or couldn't be bothered which spoiled the meal a little.
I feel like some of the team need better training in order to offer a better experience

Shared a meal with my daughter who is gluten and dairy intolerant. Staff very helpful and well prepped with a separate menu created by the chef who himself is gluten intolerant. I had the penne pasta chilli chicken which was beautiful and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her gluten free burger and chips. Now at the top of our list to visit when we meet up.

While the food was delicious, the views spectacular and the service excellent, it strikes me as strange that they can't supply mushrooms or a 'oven roasted tomato' with a steak meal when you tell them you are dairy and gluten intolerant. Surely a little bit of oil and a frying pan would be available in a commercial kitchen. So I am guessing they just couldn't be bother accommodating food intolerance requirements fully.

I must say I was really impressed with the variety, presentation of our food and portion size and would definitely recommend Zinc as a destination for a decent meal at reasonable cost

Gluten free pizza not so good this time base seemed under cooked even when asked for it to be cooked again. Usually it is very good the other pizza were excellent.

We have a Celiac kid and upon entering The Firehouse our hostess and server Rachel were well informed and put my mind at ease. The kids had the chicken & chips while I enjoyed a steak. We had great service and felt comfortable that the staff were knowledgeable on food allergies. It is stressful to be traveling and dealing with allergies and Rachel was grand! The Toastery is a lovely wee place to stop for a bite. There was 5 people in our party and they made sure we had plenty of room to eat even though it was really busy. Also my daughter and I are both coeliac but they understand about cross contamination and were very careful to make sure everything was good for us and if we couldn't have it gave us an alternative. We had the toasties and they were amazing. So nice to get good tasty gluten free bread!!

And also picture-perfect presentation! Upbeat, friendly atmosphere, tunes on the go, and if you're lucky, you might have a wee doggie seated nearby! Once again another wonderful stay. Great location, hotel staff all lovely and friendly. Room spacious and warm and clean. Blackout curtains kept room totally dark. Loved the new winter menu great selection to suit everyone's needs. Breakfast top class selection of food great and it was hot and fresh. Also gluten free table even though we didn't need this. Fresh juice tea coffee and top of range coffee/cappuccino machine. Bread,wheaten,croissants,fresh fruit,jams,marmalade,chocolate spread,hams and meats. Poached eggs,scrambled eggs,black pudding,white pudding,sausages,bacon,mushrooms, beans,potato bread and selection of sauces.
