This is a quaint little restaurant in downtown Mobile that has good gluten-free choices and really good service. They don't have a specific gluten-free menu but they know how to make accommodations. The best gluten-free hamburger bun we've ever eaten in 15 years of being gluten free.

This place is a hidden gem in Mobile. I found them on Seed Oil Scout. It’s the only restaurant in Mobile that actually is seed-oil free! I was so excited when I found this option. The grass-fed beef is SO good. I also really enjoyed the cabbage side. I ordered a golden milk latte. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. I really appreciate the care and consideration that is put into the quality. It’s extremely rare to find, especially in this area. Please check this place out. It’s my new go-to when in town!
