An awesome find for those with specialty diets like myself, vegan & gluten-free. The vegan nachos were incredible and the burnt ends were so deliciously smokey. Couple the comfortable tavern atmosphere with a super friendly, knowledgeable & attentive staff and the Foundry gets two thumbs up and a polished clean plate with me looking forward to sharing this find with friends.
Excellent grilled chicken wrap. Grilled chicken on gluten free cheesy bread was also delicious. Great sized sandwich! Ordering through the app was smooth and super easy! Highly recommend.

My favorite place to eat! The best people, amazing service & staff, such a beautiful and clean atmosphere and the food is absolutely amazing. As someone who is gluten free it’s so nice to be able to have so many options, especially gluten free pizza!
