my boyfriend has celiac (which i noted in the order) and i ordered him dinner for his birthday. lexi, the wonderful person that works here, called to let me know that their gluten free fryer was down and she wanted me to be aware of this, as i ordered fries for him. after a brief convo (she was a hoot btw), we agreed that she would refund me for the fries, as we didn’t wanna risk giving my boyfriend explosive diraerra as a birthday gift (lol). well! when my boyfriend got to the restaurant, they told him that they scrubbed down the fryer and made sure he was able to have gluten free fries. when i called them back and requested that they charge my card an extra $10 for an additional tip, they were so nice and asked me to leave a review instead. thanks everyone ! (they also left this cute note on his fries)

The whole staff is amazing! I wanted to give a special shoutout to Tanya! She made sure my pizza was perfect, and I had one that was a Gluten allergy. She made sure gloves were changed and I got all fresh ingredients! (Even fresh utensils and pizza pan!) thank you!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered and prepaid ($58.00) for a birthday cake online one week in advance and requested ‘gluten free,’ in the ‘special request’ option. I stop at the bakery to pick up the cake on my way out of town and the person says to me, ‘Yeah, we left you a message last week that we don’t do gluten free cakes.’ I HAD NO MESSAGE FROM HONEYSUCKLE BAKERY, and, furthermore, when I pressed the issue suggesting perhaps a followup call or a text would have been helpful when they didn’t hear back from me the worker said, ‘we don’t have time to be calling customers everyday.’ When I mentioned to this employee that there is no where on the website that says they do not offer gluten free cakes. She defiantly replies, ‘there is no where on the website that says we do offer gluten free cakes.’ Ignoring her confrontational response, I pressed her further and said, ‘that is why under ‘special request’ I ordered the cake to be gluten free.’ Her reply, ‘that’s not what the ‘special request’ option is for.’ REALLY?!?!?!? Bottomline, this extremely rude employee had no concern or care for the major inconvenience Honeysuckle Bakery had caused me (THE CUSTOMER) and could not have cared less that I was heading out of town for a birthday party, without the cake that I ordered/paid for one week in advance. First and LAST time I will ever frequent this establishment!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I met my daughter here for dinner and I was specifically looking for something that had a gluten-free selection for her but that I would like as well. Carrabba’s is consistently excellent across every restaurant I’ve eaten at and this store is certainly no exception. We had excellent service, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. You really can’t ask for more. My favorite from almost the first time I ate at this restaurant is the Pollo Rosa Maria. Paired with the fettuccine Alfredo it is hard to beat!

Jason's is a fast food so why is it so good. For us it is a safe haven. We have to be careful about food, due to gluten issues (not a choice). We have found Jason's to be very aware and caring about food allergies. Additionally, we enjoy the food and the attitude of the staff. They seem to care and go beyond what you expect for service. The free ice cream doesn't hurt my decision.

Flying Biscuit is our favorite breakfast spot. It’s a hidden gem. Several clearly marked Gluten Free options. We typically sit at the bar and our server Ansley H is always on point with her service and triple latte. They never disappoint.
