The best burger I’ve had,,, probably ever!!! I got the midtown madness and the flavor was spectacular, and the gluten free bun was soft and paired well with the burger. Will be recommending to everyone in the area and visiting!!!

We love coming here. Have gluten free buns and my favorite is the blackened salmon on salad. Servers are normally great. Sunset is great, but during the day all year, the sun hits you in the face and no relief until it sets.. they need shades. But nice place to go. (A little loud if it’s busy and you want to hear to talk.)
Charming and cozy with stunning architecture, this gem features delightful treats, warm drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere for memorable hangouts.

Great bakery, will be back next time we are in CDA to sit and have coffee too ! The GF brownie was to die for and macarons were some of the best I've had. Wish there were more gluten free items.

I have severe celiac disease and I am very sensitive to cross contamination. I have eaten here several times with no issues. It feels good when I see so many gluten free options on the menu. The servers have always understood when I say I have celiac disease and need gluten free. Yesterday we had their early bird dinner. It was fresh and delicious. Shrimp cocktail, prawn dinner with yummy almond rice pilaf and perfectly cooked sugar snaps. Burnt cream for for dessert all for $33.00. Excellent food at a good price nowadays. Thank you Anthony's for your attention to detail and actually caring about who you serve. Excellent waitstaff. Excellent chefs!

Creative, flavorful pizza and salad in a warm, elegant, and bustling environment. We had half a Amalfi salad (a generous portion) and the Code Red pizza. Service was great, even as we had our order redone because we forgot to specify a gluten-free pizza. Highly recommended.
A creative and tasty menu makes for a memorable dining experience that's sure to please everyone, even the picky eaters.

This place is a 12/10 for service from Justin and Jeff. They made my first time here at Cascadia pizza-tastic! Told me their favorite pie's. The Sicario and Crepes of Rathdrum are Justin's and the Lolo is Jeff's. I couldn't decide what I wanted between the Tohama or Crepes of Rathdrum and they did me a huge favor by saying they can do half and half. WIN! I asked about their wings and how good they are, apparently the homemade rub they use is to die for so I got 6 of those babies, too. DOUBLE WIN! Plus they have Gluten Friendly crust! TRIPLE WIN! I can't wait to come back to try them all! Thank you CASCADIA PIZZA CO! 🍕❤️🔥💋🫂

We attended the Washington Wine month dinner with wine pairings, one of the best experiences we’ve had at a restaurant. Exceptional service, delicious food, and they accommodated my gluten allergy. After we sat at the bar and that was great as well. Highly recommend this restaurant/bar!

Excellent food and customer service. We booked a room at Greenbriar Inn and didn't know we should've booked a reservation at 315 Cuisine. Totti (apologies if spelled wrong) is the kindest individual, getting us seated nearly immediately and having the utmost proficiency in customer service. Great food, atmosphere, people. I have a gluten allergy and my friend is a vegetarian, they have so many different options for people with dietary restrictions. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
A health-conscious haven with a variety of juices, smoothies, and salads, loved by locals and visitors alike for its fresh and tasty options.

The people and atmosphere are nice, but the food is delicious! you should get the: berry bowl add almond but with no coconut flakes ( and gluten free granola if you also have that dietary restriction ) and a loaded toast ( has to be tkast if you're gf ). However, if you're looking for a smoothie, the paradisme drink id also really yummy and if you dont like acai try the pitaya bowls 😋

This place is good and the inside is great. Lots of fun things to see. I loved the fish and chips. I recommend the Haddock. They have all the good condiments too. Brown sauce and all. Just remember to order at the bar but they will bring your food out to you. If you ask they will separate the chip from the fish and you get plenty to share with a friend. The scotch eggs are made with gluten free panko so they are safe and clean for celiac.

We were customers back when then had their old location.
Waitied patiently for their return, and man they have out done themselves!!!
The atmosphere is beautiful!!!! Every spot has been addressed. Putting special items to find here and there. I thought the scavenger hunt for the kids was a fun idea. Even the bathrooms are decked out!!! 🌹⚓
The staff is very kind, genuine and made sure to touch base with us throughout our time there. Its so nice to see the owners buzzing about and making time to say hi to everyone. Even seeing Mama come out of the kitchen to see how people were doing. Thats a staff that cares!❤
The food was well worth the wait!!! My family scarfed down everything. And the Gluten free options was so tasty!!!!
You're in good hands when the food coming out of the kitchen is nothing but perfection!
Welcome back Ten/6!!!!!!!🎉🎩🐇

Had a wonderful experience. Food came out perfectly, was warm, and had amazing flavor. The restaurant was very clean and restroom was kept clean too. The salad bar had so many options, all fresh. I wish i could eat here every day! My waiter, Eric was very attentive. I told him I was gluten free in conversation and ordered what I thought was a safe selection. The drink i ordered did contain gluten, which i didn't know. He came back and told me and had the kitchen make it without the gluten. Then, he caught that they put aujus on my prime rib, which is also has gluten. He caught that too so tgis saved me from spending my vacation very ill. I am so happy we decided to go there. I would recommend to anyone, even gluten free people. Pictured is the prime rib dinner.
They don't have any official gluten free options but the rancher was close. They let me sub the biscuits for hash browns and didn't charge extra. So clean and friendly.
Great decor and atmosphere. I should have done my research first as I had just assumed they’d offer omelettes but no such luck. I pieced together 3 sides that would meet my gluten free dietary needs and we ordered promptly after being seated.
A good hour went by when the server came back and asked us how our breakfast was - turns out not only did she forget about us but between her and the kitchen they lost our order. Once she realized what had happened she quickly got our food to us within 10minutes albeit with the wrong egg order.
And the manager, who felt terrible about what had happened, covered our meals and apologized profusely. It’s was an odd mistake for them to make tho as the restaurant was not 1/3 full and there were so many staff working.
The store is cute with lots of items to look through from kids toys to books tand adult clothing and bags. Lots of nice stuff.

Very good customer service. They really tried to make sure there was no cross-contamination with gluten. They have lettuce wrap. Unfortunately I was Glutened but if you have no problem with gluten, I highly recommend coming here. I did not mean to add gluten-free bun. Not sure why that was on here. It was a lettuce wrap. I just don't think things were wiped down properly So there wasn't cross-contamination for a gluten allergy. I know they Said they would change their gloves.
This is my second time at this restaurant. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t great. We came here with 5 people. First of all some of the food was really good like the acorn frites, the corn hen, and the scallops. I had ordered a steak and asked to confirm the meal can be prepared gluten free, 20 minutes later my meal came out with no side. Never heard that they couldn’t make the side gluten free or providing an alternative. I asked why there was no side and was told the side couldn’t be prepared gluten free. I asked them to prepare a different side and they brought out French fries and ketchup. For a $45 steak??? My wife got the albacore tube meal and it was bland and the fish wasn’t very tender at all. Another in our group got the pork shank and said it was mediocre. I won’t be coming back after this experience. I hope this review is helpful as you’re trying to decide where to spend almost $200.
Visiting for the Christmas Cruise and this was close to the resort! It was delicious from the appetizers to the main course! Especially the Prosciutto Pizza with gluten free crust. 🤌 excellent!

They were great at handling our large group from Chicago, food was made quick and very good.
Menu has nice variety and includes gluten free options.
Staff was very nice, clean place.
Will likely be returning before the end of our trip.
Update 9/21 I left the former review because I wanna show you how great a turn around I had going here. I am a fan and had amazing service and food. Be careful the heat is real!!! Wings are great and drinks are awesome....
Original review below:
Overrated. The service isn't that good and food is almost like a chain restaurant. They have a great atpmosphere, totally vintage sports feel. It has a lot of taps so that's good. Full bar. But there is not a gluten friendly option and very hard to get in only to be disappointed in what you order. Guy Fieri came here but I can't imagine he'd remember it.
Update 4/23/23 Taylor exceeded our expectations and delivered. Plus she was amazing with our little. Thank you so much Taylor!
This place is amazing. They know how to cook a steak, and they always make sure you're happy. Whitnehy was our server and did an amazing job. The food was great, and bar made great drinks. My wife, who has a gluten allergy, was taken care of. My son also has an allergy to peanuts and they took great care of him too. Can't go wrong here.
Enjoy a top-notch experience where service goes the extra mile, ensuring your dietary needs are met with care and attention.

The food was delicious but more important the service went above and beyond. This was my first time dining out since I was diagnosed with celiacs disease. When I asked questions about gluten contamination in a dish my server asked if I had celiacs or gluten sensitivity. When I confirmed celiacs he noted all my menu items on the orders to the kitchen. He later came back to let me know the tostadas were in a shared fryer with the churros and gave me other options for my dish. The kitchen prepares and plates food in a separate area of the kitchen for people like me who can’t have gluten cross contamination. It was wonderful to have a restaurant where my needs were understood and given high priority to allow for a safe dining experience.
Lyfe was a great spot to get yummy coffee and breakfast! They have lots of gluten free options for breakfast sandwiches and they also offer scrambled egg bowls! 10/10 recommended

We had to stop in Coure de Laine, ID due to vehicle problems. Found a nice quiet restaurant with only ourselves as guests. Was wonderfull as we were exhausted from driving so slowly.
Great service and they had Gluten Free offerings. Yeah!
Such friendly staff and delicious food. I was amazed how quickly my meal was ready. Ordered a drink, two steak tacos with rice and beans for under $10. I am celiac and the staff was able to recommend a gluten free meal for me. If you have gluten intolerance don't eat the chicken since it is made with soy sauce!
This place is awesome. Not gluten friendly if celiac but worth every bite. The beers here are good and I don't like beer. Like at all. The food is amazing and true to quality and tastes amazing!
Incredible spot known for its fresh and flavorful vibe, with exceptional service, though it could use more hours to satisfy cravings.

They were very busy. Great for them. However, it took me 10 minutes to get close enough to ask if they had corn tortillas. All wheat. No gluten-free corn tortillas. What type of this restaurant has no corn tortillas.

Really good homemade chili. Service is friendly and knowledgeable about the food. No msg, gluten or beans in this chili as it should be. This is great comfort food on a rainy day. We dug right in and I forgot to take a before picture. But as you can see it was good 👍
