Oh my god those were the best gluten free treats I've ever had. That brownie was so light and yummy and the cookies were so good too. The lemon bar was very fresh! And the woman at the counter was so sweet and nice and helped us out. Overall amazing experience, I can't wait to go back and order other treats!

I gotta say I go here for my gluten free dairy free pizza. I always try to get the same person to do my pizza and I forget her name she has really long black hair and she makes my pizza great, im picky because if the sauce isnt fully covering the crust the pizza becomes a cracker, so she makes it great. However a few nights ago someone else was there and this girl had long blondish hair and she said she has only been there for 3 weeks. It was 940pm and she made our pizzas. She made it exactly like I wanted to perfection. I think her supervisor thought she was making them slow cause they kept asking her if she needed help or if she was okay but she did amazing. She even cooked them perfect. It was actually the best pizza I ever had there. I wish I could have my pizza cooked exactly like that again. Normally it's a little to crispy but she made it perfect. I forgot to take a before picture. I got to excited to start eating it.
Charming vibe with impressive coffee and tasty options, though parking can be tricky—definitely worth a visit!

We came because of the GLUTEN FREE options - any sandwich or wraps could be made with gf bread or bagels. Enjoyed hearty breakfast sandwiches, excellent coffee, calm atmosphere. I can imagine it is really full and loud when lots of students are here. On a Sunday morning it was relaxed. Great service. Seemed to not quite have enough chairs for all the tables. Would definitely come again.
Unique dishes and consistent quality make for a special dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, NOWHERE BETTER IN TOWN!!! I came here to celebrate my anniversary and it was so DELICIOUS we came two days in a row… ON TOP OF THAT it was so good we got the same thing! Best food ever totally recommend! My boyfriend also has celiac and he was not glutened from the food! Totally recommend if you have a dietary restriction of gluten! I’m also allergic to shellfish and there were no issues with the food I ordered! GREAT GREAT FOOD AMAZING!!! ANOTHER THING our server was AMAZING seemed to be either the owner or a full time but he was great and THE GOAT!!!!
A vibrant spot with a lively atmosphere and stellar offerings that keep guests coming back for more.

Great place, super clean and cheery. Food is amazing. I have a gluten allergy and the staff was super helpful to make sure I didn't order anything that may cause me any issues.
The sala is so amazing, I ordered a 32oz container to take home as it beats the pants off any store bought garbage. My wife had the steak fajitas and I had the enchiladas and they are both super delicious. The staff is as delightful as the food is.

By far the best place to go for lunch in Pocatello! Palate stands out from the usual smaller town fare with menu offerings you would normally only find in big cities. Every time I pass through town I stop for food and they have never failed to impress.
Food comes in good-sized portions and the presentation is always great (while it won't change the flavors, it does show a level of care imo).
For the dietarily challenged: my wife is vegetarian, and I have both dairy and gluten intolerances so eating out can sometimes be a challenge for us, particularly in smaller towns. The kind people at Palate happily catered to whatever we needed. While I would call it gluten-friendly not gluten-free, they do their best in a mixed environment and genuinely seem to care.
Service has been friendly and accommodating every time we've been. We've enjoyed many conversations with the servers there.
The crowd has been primarily college-aged each time we've gone. Rgardless of your age bracket, the food here is fantastic and I highly recommend you check it out whether you're in town or passing through.
Only negative for this place is parking. Plan on parking on the street during busy hours. They have a small lot, it's hard to get in and out of, and it's usually full.
One time went there, a few years ago, there were ants in my sons Mac and cheese and all they wanted to do about it was offer a free kids menu meal for the next time we went... So we didn't go back... We ended up going for a family members birthday party, and the really want anything to offer for our dairy free gluten free diet restrictions, so it wasn't "great", but it was okay... Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it to anyone for any reason, unless I simply did not like that said person lol
No gluten free options. Small servings. Food overcooked and dry. Mashed potatoes were so bad my 4 year old wouldn't eat them (and neither would my husband). Definitely not going back.

I've had a couple Off The Rails beers in the last year, but this is my first trip to the brewery. I went twice while the daughter was busy with other business.
Good menu with old-reliable styles and more modern takes. I had a flight one visit and the bigger IPA and barleywine on the second. The IPAs were all pretty good, but the standard styles seemed to have a "house flavor" that wasn't offensive, just not welcome.
The food looks solid and there are gluten free options. Just had some chips and salsa on my 1st visit.
I really wanted to get a crowler of the barleywine to take home, but they allegedly don't have a crowler machine anymore. This is a problem all across eastern and southern Idaho, seems like nobody has a crowler machine and every place that has one, nobody knows how to use it.
Really big inviting space seems about right for a college town, but the space has different areas that allow separation and a little privacy if you want. I enjoyed both visits at the bar.
Super easy to get to and is on the main drag in downtown Pocatello.
Enjoy a stress-free dining experience with clear allergen markings for a more relaxed outing.

Great food! I was so happy to see gluten free dinners marked. With a wheat allergy it is hard to eat in restaurants without asking lots of questions. This made the dining out experience so much better.
Great for big groups, affordable, excellent food and service. Our ISU choir regularly needs a place to get together after concert. Which is pretty late at night, usually after 10:00 PM. They are always welcoming and ready to stay after hours. Waiters are prompt and courteous. Food is fresh. They also have tasty gluten free and low carb options.

Went to trivia night. I was nervous going into a bar alone as a young girl but the bartender was nice and made me feel welcomed & comfy and the environment isn't rowdy, it's more adult. Trivia was structured well and had fun questions! Also they have gluten free buns for the burgers and it was super good. Parking was easy too, just right across the street.
The best Japanese restaurant in town in my opinion.
I lived in Hokkaido (or maybe on since it is an island?) for several years and I can say the Ramen I had at this restaurant is the closest I have had to real, authentic Japanese Ramen.
The prices seem reasonable to me and the service was fantastic. Not only do they have many gluten free options which is important to my family because my son is gluten intolerant, but the server and kitchen staff were very conscientious about making sure my son's food was prepared in a separate part of the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination with gluten items, that would make him ill, as well as nuts which could be fatal (we do carry an Epipen in the event he is exposed to tree nuts or peanuts). There is another Japanese restaurant in downtown Pocatello at which the server simply told me they could not promise that nuts would not accidentally end up in my son's food. Needless to say we will never visit that establishment again. I am happy to patronize Hokkaido because their food is excellent and the staff was genuinely concerned that my son's food would be prepared with his allergies in mind.
The food was good but the service was better. They were super helpful getting a gluten free option figured out on their new menu for my celiac wife. Food was tasty and fresh.
Deliciously smoky flavors shine here, with perfectly cooked meat and fresh veggies, plus a seamless dining experience without long waits.

We got the steak kabobs and beef tips and they were both cooked perfectly! We loved the vegetables they came with! Good smoky flavor. We didn't have to wait when we came in and they were great with my wife's gluten allergy! They even brought fresh utensils on a plate so it won't touch the table!
