I would not recommend this place for allergies, especially for people with celiacs. Unfortunately, places like this are the most dangerous for people with food allergies. The menu is marked and seems inclusive, but the staff I interacted with was not aware and did not care or take note when I asked about gluten free options and said that I have a gluten allergy.
The person working didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked if the fries are fried in a shared fryer and was annoyed when I asked if she could check. She left and didn’t come back with a clear answer so, I played it as safe as possible and my food still came out carelessly on bread. I brought it to the counter and they brought it right back out without the bread. No communication. At that point I started noticed the lipstick on marks on my water cup and the jars of shared condiments where anyone can dip whatever utensils they want into it (including contaminated knives spreading on bread and back). I was grossed out. I have celiacs. These details matter. I know how to navigate menus and how to respectfully advocate for the bare minimum. It’s not clean and it’s not safe.
Experience cozy vibes at this spot known for its tremendous service, great pricing, and generous portions; a local gem for sure!

Gluten free Mexican options that taste amazing? Sign me up! Honestly, I recommend Metro Taco whether or not you need to eat GF. I like the shrimp tacos and the mushroom tacos - but the others are also great.
Solid guacamole with GF chips! The best! Great, relaxing restaurant to have in the neighborhood. The owners and staff are friendly.
With 19 unique empanadas and a vibrant neighborhood charm, this cozy corner spot is a must-visit for savory delights!

First time here It was recommended. I ordered 2 gluten free beef empanadas and 3 chicken and a regular chicken. The beef were actually beans I didn't see any beef and tasted only beans so no beef. I also didn't notice that one chicken was missing, but I had walked a long way and didn't go back to correct order. I ate what I received (though I'm not a bean person) and they were good. The chicken I had pickup for someone else... I will revisit when I'm in the area again. Coming from Brooklyn is a long way👀 and will check the order before walking away.. its a curb side spot so you order from a window.
Discover a favorite local gem with a cozy backyard vibe, quick service, and hearty portions that leave you happily satisfied after a beach day.

Looking for a spot that had gluten free and vegetarian options and decided to try this spot. Everyone was so nice and the food hit the spot. Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.
Huge selection of different types of empanadas including gluten free ones. We bought a dozen of different variety of baked and fried ones, all savory. Not very distinguishable but quite tasty!
Over a half dozen times eating there and Gluen-free safe. Gluten free & regular food tastes great - I put it above shake shack with more of a homemade/southern taste. Recommended.
A hidden gem with an amazing history where you can enjoy a fantastic atmosphere and create unforgettable memories.

Unfortunately, this occasion was for a repast of one of my favorite people ever during my life. The Park Side Restaurant was his favorite place. Everything was tip notch as expected because this is how they operate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I require assistance due to having celiac. The Park Side helped brighten the day, so we were able to celebrate his life.

Traveling to NY and had a luncheon at Il Bacco. My daughter has celiac and I was worried about her being able to eat off the selected menu. Our waiter, Dorel was wonderful and brought a gluten free option for every course and each one was that outstanding. My veal Marsala was delicious and authentic. Will definitely return.
Excellent gluten-free pasta! They were willing to make any pasta dish gluten-free for me. I had the farfalle al salmone, and it was delicious. Also, they have zoodles if you're watching carbs.
Gluten Free allergy friendly menu. Whoever is complaining about the price obviously doesn’t get out much. Fair price. Got the Loukaniko, Shrimp Loukoumades both amazing. Octopus balls not my cup of tea but a must try. Wife said the Spanakopita was great. Salmon was super fresh and perfectly cooked. On to the dessert... once again Gluten Free in a Greek restaurant most of the time means I’ve cream or sorbet. Got a PORTOKALOPITA, not sure if I spelled that right but I FREAKIN LOVED IT! Our server Kostantino was a pleasure to be around and I’ve never met such happy bus boys. Great food, Amazing staff. Highly recommended from the bald KYPREO.
Known for its delicious grilled options and unique dishes like squid tentacles and kelp knots, it offers a memorable culinary adventure.

This experience was particularly good, 80 points. In particular, cauliflower is too salty and beef tendon is extremely hard, but grilled gluten, squid tentacles, kelp knots, eggplant, rice cakes, and enoki mushrooms are extremely delicious.
Food is tasty but a bit too sweet. Many gluten free options. Dishes are quite expensive at $17 for chicken Tikka. Especially given the location is not that fancy.
Thank you so much! Just ordered from DoorDash and you guys wrote the best note! I’m gluten free and this made my night!!! Thank you!!! And it was sooooo yummy thank you

As a gluten free girly I felt well taken care of by the staff! There were plenty of gf options to choose from and our server, David, was friendly and so attentive! And everything was DELICIOUS. For my birthday, they even gave me gf ice cream :) I can't wait to come here again!
Anthony and the servers make this place a gem. It is truly an amazing experience. Best Italian in the city. All of it was gluten free. Thank you Anthony.
A wonderful spot for gatherings with excellent service and a lovely outdoor setting, perfect for a memorable afternoon with friends.

Contacted the Queens Room for a party of 15 the day before a memorial at St. Michael's and the owner, Antonia hooked us up. The service was on point and the food was delicious. She suggested pre-ordering appetizers for our guests which came out promptly after our drink orders were in. Antonia made herself available via email and phone just in case we had a change in plans which was comforting on a day that was difficult. We had a vegan, vegetarian and a gluten free guest and there were filling options for all of them. I highly recommend The Queens Room for the service and food. This will be my family go to from now on.

Their pasta and pizza are amazing!! Finally an Italian food place I can enjoy. :) The food is delicious! I've only ordered through UberEats. I haven't been there in person, but wow the gnocchi is like I'm back in Italy. I've had a gluten free pizza crust, which is difficult to get in the city and taste is not always to par, but they knock it out of the park! Here it is delicious, but you need to note it on UberEats for gluten-free. I called the restaurant to see if it was available and I ordered a larger pie to compensate/cover cost of the smaller gluten-free pie, since the crust is a surcharge. It worked out beautifully. I don't have celiac just a sensitive so anyone with a true allergy should find out more information through the restaurant. All and all 2 thumbs up! 👍🏼 👍🏼
Love this place and their delicious crepes. Haven't found one I don't like yet and their offers are great especially the buy one, get one free. And they're GLUTEN FREE!!!!
Everything was great! Big portion sizes, perfect for sharing. I ordered all of this for myself and ended up taking 3/4ths of it home. Started off withe the fried bean gluten, and it was sweet and tasty. Then I had the crabmeat and pork bun. I couldn't really taste the crabmeat, but it was an overall good dish. The stir fry pork kidney was nice, it says on the menu that it is spicy but it is not. The waiter told me that is because the food in Shanghai is usually not spicy. Definitely try the pumpkin cake! It is a doughnut with red bean paste in the middle. It has just the right amount of sweetness to it. Overall, I was very pleased with the food here!
Taim! Gluten-free falafel! So delicious.
Great food options, nice airy space with lots of distanced seating. Easy to get to by train and bus. Staff is cleaning tables regularly, and the tables are distances so that seating is at every other table. Very happy! Great experience. Will be back again soon.
With a spacious layout featuring unique decor and an inviting vibe, this spot is perfect for enjoying creative dishes and upcoming grocery finds.

I’ve heard lots about Salty Lunch Lady since coming to the area, I didn’t except the counter area to be so nicely spaced out with room for a Creams*cle Layer Cake slice, drip cup of Williamsburg’s roasted Young Coffee, and a Squash Me sandwich which was nicely balanced savory and sweet from the squash and cheese, on a ciabatta bun sourced from Balthazar. Other bread sources include Sullivan St. Bakery and a gluten free vendor. I felt lucky there was time to speak with founder and chef Dria Atencio who came out briefly. It was great to speak with her and hear some of what they have planned coming up like expanding their grocery section. Dria highlighted some chili crisp from a local maker recently stocked.
The dining experience was super delightful with unique plates served to every customer, and hanging lamps sourced from apparently Yugoslavia countries. Even the wooden stool had some hand painted fruit flares and design. All service is counter so be sure to hear your name called from the kitchen. I need to come back for the Pandan Coconut Cream Pie, which you can preorder among everything else, form their website.
I divide restaurants into two categories: those that serve food and those that traffic in flavor. Il Bambino is one of those rare restaurants that traffic in flavor at a very reasonable price point. My panini was Pass the Hash, a smoky Spanish chorizo, parmesan, scrambled eggs, and apparently some crack. It was lovely. My sister-in-law had the Shrine to the Swine, porchetta, eggs, aged cheddar, and aioli. They even made gluten free parmesan crostini for my wife with flavorful toppings. Wholeheartedly recommend.
Enjoy a cozy corner vibe perfect for a chilly day, with helpful staff and a menu that offers plenty of options to satisfy your cravings.

I had a really nice experience here! I am celiac and the staff was very helpful about telling me what I could eat and what I couldn’t. They informed me most of their menu can be done gluten free as they have gluten free bread. We had excellent service and the atmosphere was exactly as the title says- like I was in a cosy corner! Definitely recommend going if you’re looking for a lunch in cold springs!
Nice people. Everything was outstanding. Mix pakora was freshly made. They modified spinach pakora to make it gluten free for us. Paneer Tikka Masala was delicious. Loved the service!
A charming spot overflowing with greenery and unique decor, plus fun photo ops make it a cozy hangout for all tastes.

This place was great! Went here with a friend who is vegan and a friend who is gluten free and they had plenty of options for everyone. Very accommodating for food allergies. Great staff. Would go back!
