Love The Highlands! I’m so glad they were able to have their new location as we used to go to their locations on Memorial Hwy and then in Chimney Rock. The food is great quality and so delicious.
I know they’re just getting started in the new location but I do believe they need a bit better lighting (warmer, dimmer bulbs, perhaps some wall sconces) and maybe some art on the walls (highland cows anyone or lake themed art?) but otherwise it’s a great meal at a good price if your looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The servers and staff are also very nice people! They have gluten free options like gluten free burger buns.
