Came today after church. I live out of town and im gluten free so ita hard to find a place that takes that seriously. I came during the busiest time and yet my food was made great and they took the time to switch the cutting board and knifes for me. I love that you can see what they are doing through the glass. Even during the busiest time they took care of my allergies and made me feel safw to eat somewhere. The food was delicious and hot. The person that brought mw my food was very nice. She made our meal absolutely amazing. She talks to you as if she’s known you for years and makes you feel so welcome in Ike’s atmosphere. Along with her social skills she’s incredible at her job! Service was great. Walked in 20 minutes before the kitchen closed (11pm). The waitress was quick and friendly. The tavern burger (jalapeño chicken fried bacon burger) was good. My wife who doesn't do spicy food at all and is gluten sensitive had the chicken street tacos with corn tortilla. She liked them. She had a surprised face and had to put it down from the spiciness. She did finish both happily but they do have a bit of a kick. The white lime and cilantro rice is rather zesty.
