One of the most accommodating celiacs places. The owner of this burger place is celiacs and they can make almost anything on the menu GF. Staff is trained and friendly about GF requests. They even gave us a GF menu. We had chicken strips and shakes and thought they were all great! It’s amazing to see a restaurant like this go so far to make eating out with celiacs a good experience. If only all restaurants would be this way. Usually you only get this type of experience at a health food/ very health conscious style place. It’s so fun to eat at a real fast food/ burgers and shakes type place that feels so safe.
This spot is a hidden gem for anyone craving safe, clean eating with delicious options that truly impress and satisfy!

This is the cafe of my dreams!! The food is beautiful and delicious. My husband invited me on a lunch date and I almost declined because I have been sick and I have 2 surgeries coming up, so I'm avoiding gluten, dairy and sugar. Lo and behold, we found this place, which avoids all of the same things!! We both loved the Korean beef bowl and I splurged on a blueberry muffin. The guy who took our order kindly explained how coconut sugar is better on glucose and has good minerals, which was enough to convince me! I would give the atmosphere a 5 because I love the way it's decorated, but it was loud the day we were there. We will definitely be back and SO appreciate this option!!! I also love that they use glass glasses for water and have cloth napkins and metal silverware - hallelujah!

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon around 2 for a late lunch. The place was packed and though the crowd thinned some, the steady flow of folks coming in even at almost 3 speaks to the great food and service you will find here.
The service here is great. Our server was hustling the whole time we were there, but our drinks never got empty and our food was piping hot when it arrived.
We are always looking for new places to eat in our travels and having things that are gluten-free is important. Not only do they have dishes that are fully free of wheat products, they also have gluten-free buns and breads that are quite delicious. He had an omelette and potatoes with gluten-free toast; I had wings and sweet potato fries. Both were so tasty that I completely forgot to take a picture before… so you’ll only see the remains. We will definitely be back!

The burgers were both AMAZING! You can definitely tell that they use a high quality beef and their service was so so warm. It felt like we were part of their small town community right when we came in.They offer lettuce wraps for people with gluten issues as well. This place is DELICIOUS

Day N Night Bistro in Heber is an absolute diamond in the rough—a hidden gem that completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by Chaz and the amazing chefs, who were not only incredibly talented but also some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Their passion for great food and hospitality shines through in every detail.
Now, let’s talk about the best sandwich I have ever had—the Montecristo. It was absolute perfection, and to top it off, they made it gluten-free for me! The crispy, golden exterior with the melty, savory goodness inside, plus that subtle touch of sweetness—every bite was pure heaven.
We also tried the almond flour pancake, and let me tell you—it was out of this world. Light, fluffy, and unbelievably delicious, I couldn’t believe it was gluten-free. Easily one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had.
And the little extras? They make all the difference. Their homemade ketchup for the fries was a total game-changer—rich, tangy, and way better than anything store-bought. Even my coffee with cream was on point—smooth, rich, and the perfect finishing touch to an incredible meal.
This place is a must-visit. Whether you’re gluten-free or not, the food, the people, and the experience at Day N Night Bistro are truly special. Can’t wait to come back!
This is a good place. The horchata is so good. The chips and salsa were delicious too. There are several gluten-free options to choose from here. I came here for breakfast and had the chorizo. Just be aware that their portions are quite generous.

I love this place!!! Seriously it is SO nice that they have Gluten Free, Keto AND Sugar Free. Can’t tell you how nice it is to be able to eat a cookie being gluten free. Also, the management here is awesome. They are so nice. And they have a ton of different options…. Not just cookies but smoothies, too. Fave drink so far is the “Bombshell”. Really happy to have them in Heber!
