I recently went here because I had heard they had decent gluten free options, and I have celiac. I called in advance to confirm, and they said “all of our sandwiches can be made gluten free”. I get there, and try to order the french dip, the one thing I really wanted as I hadn’t had one in over a year, only to find out that for some god-forsaken reason, they marinate their beef in soy sauce. So no french dip for me. My second choice cheesesteak, also off the table. So I guess “All our sandwiches can be made gluten free” was a lie, huh? Queso fundido? They put flour in it to thicken it. Salmon special? They put breadcrumbs on the salmon. The first five things I tried to order were all no-gos. They just can’t help but put wheat in everything here. Thank god my waiter knew the menu so well, so I at least didn’t get sick, but its incredibly frustrating to have to go with your 6th choice after being told up front you could order any sandwich and then have the one you actually can get be subpar, like the chicken caesar salad sandwich I ended up with. Truly a disappointing experience. Would not reccomend

Pieology is definitely one of my favorite places to get gluten free pizza. Cheyann made the pizza for us last time I was there and she was very nice and made she it was exactly how we wanted our pizza to be. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very nice.
A popular spot with large seating and a unique vibe, but service can lag if you're not there early—employees seem overworked sometimes.

Very disappointing. Expensive for what little you get, and the gluten free crepes were tasteless. I had to practically beg for some maple syrup and they were kind enough to bring me a tablespoon of syrup. I'm not exaggerating. They also got my order wrong. Needless to say, I will not return.
I am grateful that someone came out from the back and warned me that the sausage I had ordered contained gluten. The person taking my order didn't say a word about it. I had ham instead and it was good.
Expect a unique BBQ experience with expertly prepared meats and flavorful sauces that really elevate each dish.

Recently, I was diagnosed with Celiacs, so I needed to go gluten-free. It has been a challenge to find places that have gluten-free options. The Painted Pony had wonderful options and was mindful of cross-contamination.

The staff was so rude. I can't even rate the food because we didn't stay. We had called for gluten-free options, and the person on the phone was rude when we asked about the wait; he said he could not tell us over the phone and had to go online. Then we showed up, and the front staff was rude when we put our names on the list. So we decided to leave and go to the next store, the Creepery, which was much more accommodating and friendly. They even have gluten-free options that are perfect for gluten allergies! Do not recommend

This is my favorite place to have a fancy dinner in St. George! The view is stunning and they do such a great job at accommodating gluten free. They have a dedicated fryer for french fries and these fried brussels sprouts with bacon and balsamic are the best that you’ll ever eat! I always get the red chili salmon and it’s so good too! They are great at accommodating dairy free as well and always make our dinner experience special.

Amazing! I had the gluten free ravioli and it was everything I've been missing about pasta since I went GF. Great atmosphere friendly service, it is a nicer sit down, mostly couples. However, we went with our two kids and everyone was very friendly.
A popular spot with lots of choices, amazing employees, and a reputation for consistently great experiences.

I can’t understand why it is so hard for the employees here and the manager to follow a simple order ticket. The only reason we continue to eat here is because my daughter needs Gluten Free. I understand it’s hard to find good help but I’m pretty patient since I owned a successful restaurant for years. 9 out of 10 trips to this Costa Vida go the same every time. My daughter and I send our orders in on the app separately. I always show up at least 10 minutes late because I know the orders won’t be ready whether they’re busy or slow. Tonight there were 5 customers sitting at 2 tables (3 & 2). 2 people waiting for their orders, 1 before me and 1 after. I tell them our names, we order the same exact thing everytime. As usual, they haven’t started making it. When I arrived, 2 employees are standing at the food line waiting for customers to come in. The girl runs the tickets off and takes them to the back. I wait for over 15 minutes. They finally bring the orders up. I always have to check them because again, 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong. First I notice the queso is missing, chips are there but no queso. As usual, one Baja bowl that is suppose to have no toppings except the chips is smothered in pico and other toppings. It’s ordered without because it can’t be eaten so I have to ask them to remake it. 10 minutes later the 1 little Baja bowl comes back up. There is suppose to be extra chicken and extra chips (it’s paid for). They usually put them in little cups. Trust me this Baja bowl they bring up had nothing extra on it. I mention to the girl, there is suppose to be extra chicken and extra chips. She tries reassuring me that “she’s sure they made it like it said.” First of all, not sure why she would be so confident it’s correct when she knows they always make it wrong. Their way of dealing with issues is to ignore the customer. She starts helping someone else so I just leave.
While I was waiting the second time for the order to be made, there’s no one in the restaurant in line so I ask, who I think is the manager. Hi, I’m wondering if they wait until the customer comes in with an order on the app to actually start making the order. I asked very nicely, trying to figure out their system. A customer walks up to the line right then, so his way of dealing with my question was to mumble something, and walk off to help the other customer. Like I say, it’s always been thier way there, avoid and ignore!! It’s to bad they can’t find better management to help work out some of these issues. Good luck

We were impressed by the gluten free Pd Thai and chicken satay. So clutch! We make it part of all our trips. Especially to carb load after triathlons or hiking and canyoneering. They seem to always have space, and work thru crowds better than anyone in St. George

I had dinner with my family at this location while on vacation. The filet I was served was cooked perfectly. The staff is very nice. Our server Craig was fantastic. I made him aware of my gluten allergy when ordering and he was very cognizant to make sure cross contamination did not happen. Thank you so much for a wonderful meal.

It’s so weird because they are JUST hot dogs…but they are SO GOOD! I have Celiac and have felt really good about their service and see clearly that they work hard to prevent cross contamination. The gluten free buns are actually really good. And they only charge a dollar extra. But whatever you do, you MUST get the special sauce!
Ordered delivery. Delivery came as scheduled no issue there- the food however was absolutely disgusting. got my burger as a lettuce wrap (gluten free) and it was soggy and dripping wet by the time i got it. Also cold to the touch, and the lettuce looked like it was a week old, held up like it was too. Wound up trying to just unwrap it from the wrap, and eat it like that but even then it was filled with grease and cold. The fries were bland and soggy and cold as well. Very disappointed.
Perfect for events, offering great service with impressive setup and diverse options that cater to everyone's tastes.

We had them cater our wedding and they were amazing! We worked with Charlie and he was grea! They not only helped us on short notice but also delivered it for us! Once they got to our venue they unloaded everything and got it set up on our tables! They have something for everyone including gluten free options. They were very transparent about pricing and were priced very nicely. They give great portions and many options. We will 100% recommend them for anything!
Excellent pizza with great service and care. Besides dining in, we had a take out for a celiac family member. I appreciate them taking all the precautions to avoid cross contamination.

What a spot!! We had the most wonderful night at Book Club Bistro. The cocktails - gorgeous. Food - amazing. Vibes - perfect. Amazing🤩Food & Service! I came on a bus of 55 people it’s a buffet must go in any state! 🙌🏼 I had talked to head chef about gluten free & dairy free they were accommodating. I was able to eat right off the line. Thank You from Canada 🇨🇦
I really was teetering between a 3 and 2. The place really was just “ok” to me.
First the good.
I have a gluten allergy, and the waiter was very knowledgeable about which of their dishes had gluten and which did not. Most of their dishes could be made or were already made gluten free. So I greatly appreciated that, and it’s honestly why I gave them any stars. Also I did not get sick, so that is significant to me.
All servers were wearing masks. Though many were worn incorrectly. Social distancing wasn’t really a thing either.
Now the bad. Honestly, I really just think they are crazy over priced for the food you get! I miss the genuine Mexican restaurants that charge a dollar for street tacos.
I got the mango shrimp. And honestly it was just ok. I felt like the flavors between the mango, mushrooms and rice/beans just clashed. It wasn’t bad but I didn’t finish it either.
And the way they spread out their portions, they make it look like you’re getting tons of food, but it’s actually just spread out really thin across the plate.
For a $15 dish, I expected a much tastier meal. And this was not that. If I’m gona pay $15 for a dish, I’ll go to Xetava, where their food is very high quality, and I wind up with left overs.
Also, their chips are corn, but fried in the same frier as their wheat containing products. So they’re not gluten free. Which was honestly really annoying as most places make their chips gf. I just love sitting at the table while everyone else goes on about how amazing the chips are, and I can’t even try them.
I’ll probably come back, because I would still like to try their taquitos (though I didn’t even check if they’re made in the same frier with gluten products) but still, $9 for a pair of taquitos is just ludicrous.
When I do think of coming back, I just remember the price and think, never mind.

This used to be my favorite spot for Indian Food, I would even prefer it over Red Fort. I visited their new main street location and won't be going back.
We walked in around 7pm and there wasn't a single person in the restaurant. All the lights were off and the restaurant seemed ominous with only the glow of light coming from behind the counter.
The food was okay, nothing special. They will bring your food to your table but there is no waiting service for refilling drinks or anything close to what you'll get at Red Fort.
The only reason I compare the two is because you are paying the same prices that you will at Red Fort for not even close to the same level of service or experience.
Indian Food is generally a safe option for gluten-free eating but both my partner and I were up sick the next night as well, and even ordered the "gluten free" naan. I would avoid eating here if you are gluten intolerant or celiac.
Experience a lively atmosphere with standout drinks and great vibes, perfect for a fun night out with friends.

We ordered gluten free cheese burgers through drive thru and we were about to it the burgers, they didn't come with meat and the buns are EXPIRED! DO NOT GO IN THIS CULVERS.
I'm not sure exactly how you grill your rolls, however my wife with Celiacs had a terrible reaction to eating your lettuce wrapped burger. My only conclusion is that you grill your rolls on the same grill as your patties. Please stop doing this. My brother in law had the same reaction to eating at your restaurant who also has Celiacs.
Expect a memorable dining experience with quick service, tasty offerings, and a welcoming vibe that's great for families.

It's been years since I ate here and I wanted to take my kids while we were visiting St. George. We were a group of ten and I asked the cashier for suggestions on the most economic way to feed us all, as well as handling gluten free needs. He and his supervisor were so helpful and totally knowledgeable about their menu options that would be safe or not for us GF folks. After the food came out (very quickly) the supervisor even brought out extra plates and forks and asked if everything was good. The service was just excellent here and the food was as delicious as I remember it being. All the kids loved it too. We'll be making a tradition of eating here each time we visit.
A bit pricey with some confusion over costs, but overall a decent spot that might not warrant a return visit.

I had tiki tenders and they were served in rice with a semi-spicy sauce. I'll get them again. My wife had a gluten free rice bowl with salmon and she really liked it as well. Cute little restaurant, if you like Hawaiian food, you'll like this place.
I usually love Texas Roadhouse but today's "to go" was aweful. - waited an extra 20 minutes while everyone else got their food on time. Meat was dry, vegetables were soggy and couldn't get away from gluten. To illustrate... my side of shrimp was skimpy & contaminated. $7.99 total cost so $1.60/shrimp and was placed on a roll calling it a 'shrimp cake' when I asked about it. I'm allergic to gluten and had to toss it. After eating, I somehow still got an allergic reaction and had to use my epi pen. Tonight's take out was an EPIC FAIL! Spent too much $$$ for a horrible evening dealing with an allergic reaction trying to avoid anaphylaxis.

Really excellent Mexican food. The burritos are as big as my forearm. The Carne Asada and Al Pastor are really amazing!
The half order of nachos sits 7 inches off the top of the plate.
Service is fast and the prices are good for the large portions of food you get. You could split the half order of nachos between 2 people easily.
The flavor is really the thing that brings you back. There is a salsa bar where you can make your own, and they carry a wide variety of drinks. The salsa bar has chopped onions, cilantro, Pico de gallo, fresh sliced limes, and mild, medium and super hot salsa. The mild salsa is no heat at all. The green medium kind of like a mild salsa to me, but the hot 🔥 is 🥵 very very hot. Put a drop on my tongue and it cooked my mouth. This is good for those that like it hot 🔥!!!
Traditional Mexican food with a little flare!!
If you are a gluten free person, this is the place for you. Many of their dishes are done with corn instead of flour.
As soon as you sit down the waitress will be trying to clear your plate and hand you the check. This is an all you can eat buffet. The food is so-so. They use a lot of cheap gluten products, probably because this fills you up. I stayed away from the seafood because the waitress and the atmosphere here just gave me a bad feeling like everything was rushed and they show little concern for quality. It was the weekend fare so I ended up paying the highest price. Drinks are not included with the meal.
