Amazing pub. Mother's day was awesome. Booked table in advance so no problems there. Food was amazing. No waiting issues even though they were very busy. It gave us time as a family to converse. I will alw a ys support this pub and DOB being coeliac certified.

I cannot speak more highly of Terra & Sol. Their menu is incredible for Celiacs and Gluten Intolerances although if you are lucky enough to not worry about this you will love it all the same! Their owner is Celiac themselves so their menu has been built to cater for this allergen and intolerance without changing the taste and feel of the original menu item. There are so many options and they do not miss the mark. My favourite was the bread.. omg the white bread for the garlic focaccia and the burrata dishes, a close second was the fried chicken, the crunch and the flavour were sensational. It really was the best GF meal I have had in a long time, but also just a really good bloody meal!
Alana did a wonderful job of helping me feel assured that everything was gluten free (I couldn’t quite believe it at first because it tasted soo good!) and also makes a mean French Martini!
A cozy spot with a laid-back vibe, known for its friendly atmosphere, unique decor, and a variety of affordable bite options and drinks.

We were invited in to check their food.
They make a huge range of food from hot to cold. But most importantly they had gluten free...
It was a unique place where staff recognised valued customers by name. Calling out to each other it was an usual time that we enjoyed.
Expect awesome service with a unique touch, as they prioritize separate prep areas for a safer experience.

Told the staff I was coeliac and to my amazement they offered to make up my gluten free wrap in a separate work space that wasn't contaminated with gluten - awesome service

New staff doing a great job but not at the point of a 5 star service as yet. Absolutely brilliant kitchen staff who truly understand coeliac safe gluten free and provide alternatives if needed. My new go to lunch spot.
Quaint cantina with a chill vibe, offering unique homemade sauces, flavored sodas, and tasty bites that keep everyone coming back for more!

Thoroughly charming little cantina with easygoing owner, vibe and delicious food. Home-made chilli sauces, flavoured sodas and generously packed sandwiches. Definitely worth checking out the olives and corn ribs. One happy vegan and coeliac left with full bellies and the intention to be back very soon indeed!
A cozy spot with personalized service where the owner remembers your preferences, making every visit feel special.

buy lunch here occasionally when travelling to Adelaide from the hills for appointments, so not a "regular". Lovely lady who runs the shop, remembers me and quite often what our usual order is.
Prepares Gluten free part of our order carefully, which is greatly appreciated.

Oh my goodness, let me tell you about my experience at Hello Sarnie Cafe! As someone with gluten intolerance, it can be quite a challenge to find a place that caters to my dietary needs without sacrificing flavor. But this cafe absolutely nailed it!
Their menu boasts an impressive selection of gluten-free options that are both delicious and satisfying. From mouth-watering sandwiches to delectable pastries, I couldn't believe how much variety they had to offer.
And the best part? The quality of the food was absolutely top-notch. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything despite my dietary restrictions.
If you're someone who struggles to find great food choices due to gluten intolerance, I cannot recommend Hello Sarnie Cafe enough. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!
Great gluten free wrap. And nice meatball sub. Nice customer service. Tomatoes were very soft and not that nice. Cucumbers looked a bit wilted. Other than that good experience.
Charming vibe with fresh flavors and a standout Aperol Spritz that hits the mark every time!

Such a cool little spot - very friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches were incredibly fresh and delicious. I'd give the bread 10/10.
Aperol Spritz can be hit and miss around town but this one was perfection! Highlight was the gluten free chocolate lava cake!!!!
I was born with a rare medical disorder that restricts me from eating most thing, almost like a vegan diet except it's based on low protien foods so most of my food is special medical foods. I took in a roll that is premade (medical foods) and ask them if they could use it and charge me for a veggie. After explaining more about it they were happy to make it. I only gave 4 stars because the werent going to at first but after explaining it further they did it. I would like subway managers to open up this conversation about people who have dietry restrictions further then just gluten free. I had my medical food and was willing to pay full price for veggie sub. And if this could be used in the future I know alot of people that would go to subway with their rolls and feel almost normal and not have to hunt down a place to eat at.
