Favorite items we tried were chocolate cream cake, sugar thing filled with cream, Spinach empanadas, and all the sandwiches with ham and cheese were amazing. The bread didn’t taste gluten free it was so soft and flavorful

It is my fourth visit and I have always been very happy. I have been with friends who are celiac, vegetarian, lactose intolerant and they can always adapt. I especially recommend the cheese board, hummus and crepes. The tiramisu crepe for dessert is incredibly good!! The staff is great and they help you a lot. The only bad thing is that when it is full there is a lot of noise inside and it is very annoying. Could they also study systems to reduce sound reverberation?

Omg – how is it even possible for gluten-free and vegan food to taste this amazing?! My friend and I both have a range of food intolerances, and finding a place like Cibum Bon Bon felt like striking gold. Everything was absolutely delicious, and for once, we could fully enjoy a meal without stressing about allergies or cross-contamination. The care and attention they put into their food really shows. It honestly felt illegal to eat something so good and still feel so safe! Can’t wait to come back!

We have only gone to eat twice since we come to Ronda every year and it is the only option I have unfortunately, since I have celiac disease. The menu is quite short, there is not much variety, the prices are not bad at all, they take a LONG time to serve you, it doesn't matter if there are a lot of people or a few, but I give them such a low rating because the menu says 100% GLUTEN FREE MENU! and when I tell them to put the mixed croissant they tell me that they only put it with gluten, I tell them then the waffle and nothing, only with gluten. The truth is that I was quite disappointed... I don't think I will return, I will look for another alternative.

Portions were generous and flavorful, and we enjoyed every dish—including the decaffeinated cappuccino. I had a glass each of two different Riojas, and both were excellent. My wife and I would highly recommend this restaurant, whether or not you follow a gluten-free diet.

We were there at the end of October 2024. The lady who served us was very rude. We ordered two loaves of bread and he threw it rudely on the counter. He gave us an ensaimada that was very hard. When we told him that it wasn't the day, he responded rudely, “Here all the products are gluten-free, and that's why it is like that.” I told him that we are used to gluten-free products, that we are celiac and I had never seen an ensaimada so hard.
