We had high hopes for eating in a dedicated GF restaurant. We ordered 2 tapas, garlic shrimp, strong fishy flavor & pork skewers. Our pork came without the skewers, no biggy but it was wayyyy too salty. We shared a couple blended drinks, pina coladas, that were very good. My main entree was pasta with pesto sauce. There was a lot but very skimpy on the pesto & underdone pasta. ( I took home leftover pasta & reheated with some good pesto. It was much better the 2nd time around. My husband had ravioli, the menu stated it was tortellini, but they substituted the ravioli. We did enjoy the sidewalk seating. All in all this meal was a disappointment but we didn’t get glutened , so that’s a plus.

We came 4 people to celebrate a birthday, because one of us is celiac. Good gluten-free Brazilian food and well priced. I don't give the food a 5 because we found that the desserts need to be improved. The rest has been excellent. To come after Parking Shakespeare it is perfect;)

I'm celiac, so I ordered a crepe and got gluten poisoning. I've been sick for two days. I barely finished eating when my headache and nausea started. I don't recommend it for celiacs. Perhaps it's only an option for those with gluten allergies. We sat outside, and no one came out to serve us. We had to stop to order and pay. I won't be back.

The fact that they can make all their sandwiches gluten-free was already top-notch, but it's one of the best breads I've ever tried, and they're super-sized at a great price. Plus, the staff are super friendly, and it's cool. 10/10!

This place is an absolute must! I am ceoliac and these Are the best pancakes I have had since I can remember. The burata sandwich was also amazing😍 My friend (not gluten free) also loved, loved, loved, the food. I will definitely come back and recomend this place! The staff Are also very nice and effective. The vibe is relaxed and comfortable. 100% recomend!

Excellent service, very tasty food, although the portions were very small. I would double the portions to make them more reasonable for the price. The strong smell of dampness throughout the restaurant is noteworthy. Maybe they could try installing a dehumidifier or finding a solution... A very good option for celiacs. We were very surprised! Congratulations!

Our first visit only included two family members, but we loved it so much that we brought back our family of five for a different lunch later in the week. This shop took such delight in serving our family of five. They know where each ingredient that they use comes from, and the result is fresh and delicious! We didn’t try any of the sweets, but we sampled five different bagel sandwiches, and everyone loved what they ordered. Two of us are gluten free (one celiac and one intolerant), and they knew just how to make us feel cared for and safe eating there. They prepared our sandwiches in a separate kitchen, changed gloves, etc. And, the gluten free bagels choices were delicious! Francesco was our server when it was just two of us, and he was so personable. We can’t thank him enough for his recommendations and friendly service!

Sense Gluten in Tarragona is a fantastic choice. I love this cafe for its wide variety of gluten-free products, which is a relief. The coffee is excellent, and the atmosphere invites you to enjoy it. It's a pleasant and spacious place, with comfortable tables and a perfect bar for a quick coffee. I really liked the staff's friendliness; it makes the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the place is fully wheelchair accessible, which is a huge plus. They also have an impressive selection of household items—I always find something original to take home! For added convenience, I've seen they're working on a website that, it seems, will soon be ready for online orders. It's a place that perfectly combines good food with good taste for the home.

A charming little place where you can see the workshop in the background and the care put into every detail, both in the decor and the products. Everything is gluten-free, lactose-free, cruelty-free... and delicious. My favorites: the donuts, the carrot cake, and the red velvet cake.

The place is simple, pretty, and very clean. The products we tried were quite good. The prices were a bit high compared to other places with similar products. The wait time was long; there was only one other table besides ours (two people), and it took a long time both to serve and to collect our bill. Everything was very slow. Otherwise, everything was fine. It was a pleasure to see and try new places that adapt to gluten- and lactose-free products for people with lactose intolerance.

Not only is everything gluten-free, it's delicious; my family is not celiac and gets excited like me when we come for lunch. Very nice place and very good food. As a negative review what I didn't like is that they don't have options for celiacs and that if you want dessert or cake or cake. They don't give you the option of yogurts or fruit because you only take that before 1pm. I would have liked more variety to be taken into account. Very good food. No cakes.

Walking we got here and decided to stay for lunch. Very good atmosphere, right in front of the sea. The workers treated us very well at all times, finding us the best table available. We ate some hamburgers (only with cheese, vip burger and American burger) good meat, good presentation and delicious cotton candy for dessert, good kinder glass and Nueces con Nata glass, the same as the burgers, good presentation and everything was delicious, especially the delicious caramelized nuts. Without a doubt recommended and if we return to Salou we will repeat since they have a great menu and everything we saw coming out at other tables looked very good. Also mention that the bourgues give you the option of gluten-free bread.
