Food was great. Portion sizes were huge! It is a really cute place, with an Americana theme. The combos were also themed, like the Lincoln breakfast or Confederate burrito. Our server was polite, but a little pokey and never got a refill (sorry, pet peeve). However, the food itself came out fast. The pancakes are on the IHOP taste side, but bigger and delicious. The fried potatoes are real! Not that bagged stuff. Overall would eat here again if visiting. FYI, they also have a gluten free menu page included in the menu.
This spot on Lima Rd stands out with its inviting dining room and a popular variety of options that never disappoint.

This store on Lima Rd is the better of the 2 in town. The dining room is really nice and the food is great. I highly recommend it. The pick 2 is always a great option and the 1/2 salad was huge. They can also swap out the standard bread for gluten free bread!!
Gluten free buns available, they are careful about cross-contamination and I have not gotten sick from eating there. Hard to choose which sandwich to eat, they are all delicious
A quick-service spot known for its thoughtful approach to handling special requests and an unexpectedly delicious bread option.

GLUTEN FREE!! I am so glad that Firehouse Subs has a gluten free bread option. I finally had the chance to order it and it was extremely good! You couldn't even tell it was gluten free! (It does look different than their traditional bread however). I ordered the Virginia honey ham (one of my top favorites!) I was extremely impressed by the service at this location. They asked if it was an allergy and I stated yes, they made sure all the other employees knew and everything got wiped down and it was carefully handled. I was so extremely impressed that a "fast food" type chain would go to these types of measures. It was definitely safe because I didn't get sick after eating it and I was so happy!! Thank you Firehouse Subs for the great experience!!
You're in for a treat at this spot where attention to detail shines and unique ordering options set the stage for a great experience!

The reason for the poor review is entirely bc of one employee. The older white lady with neck tattoos of prison quality who blatantly ignores the allergy protocol even after asking if it's an allergy is downright unacceptable. The first time she did it with the lettuce covered in bread crumbs I thought she just didn't know better, so James (black gentleman who absolutely ROCKS at the gluten cross contact protocol) educated her on how to only pull from the gluten free line for allergy orders. I even told her I have celiac disease and it's important for me to medically eat gluten free. She glared at me and walked away. That was the first time. It has happened several times that I, THE CUSTOMER, have to train her on how to do her own job. Today, again, she tried to pull pickles from the side literally having bread crumbs all over, highly cross contaminated. I lost my cool and told her yet AGAIN you can't do that! She of course got an attitude and told me not to be rude but at what point are you just spitefully poisoning me on purpose?! If you can't learn how to do what every other employee does perfectly then you need to be fired. I even called two hours ahead to ask them to prep pickles for the gluten free line bc I knew I would be eating lunch there. The gentleman told me it would be no problem, they prepped four lbs for the day. Yet this lady can't find four lbs of uncontaminated pickles??? Is she on drugs or something? I love Jersey Mike's but after today, if she's working I will gladly drive to another location than have to deal with her again. At this point, it's not a lack of training, it's a lack of work ethic and common sense.
