Expect a bustling vibe with fantastic dishes and unique options, though it can get pretty noisy and service might be a bit slow.

Was searching for an awesome breakfast joint that had gluten free options. This place was top notch! They were slammed on a rainy Saturday morning and we quickly learned why... efficient staff, amazing food (GF pigs in a pancake). Ambiance was pretty loud since it was packed but that's the only downfall. It was crazy busy and not one staff member was stressed or frantic and they all helped clear, run food, refill coffee... just a great team environment!
Exceptional service with a knowledgeable and accommodating team makes it a standout destination worth visiting.

Phillip was very helpful and Caitlin as well!! They were quick, gave great service! Phillip managed the place well and was very helpful in using my coupon, also respectful and caring; knowledgeable about my gluten allergy and issues. They all were quick, friendly and deserve raises !! Awesome and so helpful, also with using in my birthday/rewards!

I haven't eaten here in ages, so today was unexpected. I'm so impressed that I have vowed to eat here more often. The service was superb; above and beyond ALL expectations!!! I ordered the pick 2; the new berry salad and the ultimate nachos with vegan chili.
Everyone working today needs an extra praise from management because they're the reason that I will be returning. They made today's visit absolutely amazing! Very impressed that I can find healthy, gluten-free food options for an affordable price in a comforting atmosphere.

The best quick service place for Celiacs hands down. They care, they clean the station, they take the time. On top of this, these subs are top quality. Derek the GM is professional and the best, period

American-style sandwich restaurant with the possibility of ordering gluten-free bread. The guy who served me took the trouble to thoroughly clean everything he was going to use to minimize the risks of cross contamination. As for the sandwiches, I didn't choose one of them correctly because, although it was good, it was still a cold cuts sandwich, but the chicken sandwich was very good.
Noteworthy for its tasty offerings, but drinks can be hit or miss; stick to water for the best experience.

I have celiac disease. I eat at the location in tulsa all the time with no issues. I was greated at this location by a manager to take my order. Not only did she have in ear pods while I was trying to talk to her, but every question I asked about gluten she didn't care. I asked about the green goddess. She said it's mayo. Not it's not it's green goddess. Lol. I will not come to this location again and I also let all my celiac friends in the area not to as well. If you serve gluten free options you should be able to answer basic questions. But not only could yalls manager not do that she also had an attitude about it.
A local gem known for its incredible sliders and teamwork, where every bite shines with deliciousness and creativity!

I have celiac disease and am currently in the hospital. I sent my dad to get me lunch. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure that my sandwich was safe to eat. The gluten free bread is good but the effort from the employees is everything. If you are gluten free this is definitely the place to go!
Good food, gluten free bread. My wife was able to get a half baked potato, half salad. After eating about a quarter of it I realized they put cheese on my sandwich (I had asked them not to) but they brought me another one.
A go-to spot for accommodating special dietary needs, offering a variety of tasty options that keep people coming back for more!

DO NOT RECOMMEND for gluten friendly options. The MANAGER kept saying "I don't have that information, I don't have anything to tell me what has gluten." I hope she receives better training and information about the food so she can better serve her customers.
EDIT: I want to clarify, I did not use any profanity. I was genuinely confused when I asked the manager, “You don’t know what’s in your food?” Looking back, maybe that came off as rude, but it was an honest question.
Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that the owner and manager are quick to make assumptions and accuse customers of things they didn’t do. Instead of addressing concerns, the owner often dismisses them and puts down anyone who leaves a critical review. (Just look at the responses to other negative feedback.)
It also seems like the owner and manager are related, which might explain why the owner always defends her instead of addressing the actual issues being raised.
If customer safety and health were truly a priority, the staff would be well-informed about their menu. When I asked about gluten-free options, they couldn’t give me a clear answer, something every other restaurant I've visited has been able to do. If the staff can’t provide accurate information, the restaurant really should remove the “check out gluten-free options” suggestion from their menu.
Expect fast service and tasty subs, but beware of occasional double charges and missing drink options.

I was impressed with the manager's prompt acknowledgement of how to prepare Gluten free sandwiches away from, in a separate area, from the main serving counter where gluten crumbs were littered.

While not always perfect, they have gotten much better about service and quality. This is one of my favorite places in Ardmore especially for being Gluten Free. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to that. Plus we love the prices for a quick easy healthy bite to eat.

A friend suggested trying firehouse subs, definitely didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, service was even better the cashier even went into telling me the history of the company when I stated I had never been. I love that they do have an option for gluten free bread even though it is pricy. The staff even changed gloves and made sure the surfaces were cleaned while making my sandwich!
Impressive dedication to cleanliness and charity, with a bustling atmosphere that shows how much they care about their customers.

Great food! Had a sub maker stop making food so that he could completely disassemble the meat cutter to clean it completely to make a sandwich for us bc Mama needed a gluten free sandwich. I was completely impressed. We happened to be there on a day that they were giving all proceeds to charity. It was packed! I believe the young man’s name that did the sandwich was Tyler but honestly can’t remember. He’s the young man in the middle of the pic.
love mcalisters. absolutely love it. They having amazing gluten free options for those of use who unfortunately have to suffer from celiac disease. The spicy southwest chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun with applesauce as the side is always by go to here. The strawberry lemonade or whatever flavor is the pink one is always the best option to get a drink. The service at this restaurant is also quite good and we love it. Great place for lunch!

Never write reviews, but this Jersey mikes location is not only the best sandwich in Stillwater, but also the best Jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. The service is incredible and they make sure to accommodate all requests, my girlfriend has celiac disease and there is never a worry that the gluten free sandwich will be contaminated. Any time there has been even a small error with a sandwich the entire meal is replaced free of charge. The owner is constantly working on the line and obviously cares about the quality of his product. Support this restaurant and business man.
Shared a gluten free sandwich with my 92 year old mother. It was delicious but, I’m a celiac. And I was violently ill , for 4 days. Not so gluten-free 🤮

Careful if you have a real severe gluten or wheat allergy. Ordered a gluten free watched the guy put gloves on count the white bread then grab the bag of gluten free and open it.
A spot loved by locals though a bit pricey and competitors nearby; could do with improving the mood inside.

Who knew? I've passed these places all my adult life and never considered inquiring. Just happened to be on that side of town and stopped in to redeem a special offer. The service was great and the small Chicken Fiesta sandwich and drink hit the spot. They offer an Udi's gluten-free bun, which makes a huge difference since I'm intolerant. Overall, the menu offers all sorts of sandwiches including a vegan option which is nice. Each selection notes the amount of calories. They have kids meals with a choice of fruit and self-serve Coke products, with unsweetened and sweetened tea options. Good stuff, we'll be back.
A top pick for unique dietary needs with a commitment to accuracy in orders and a standout sandwich.

We have eaten here several times. We have spoken to the manager about dietary requirements. This place really tries!
I placed today's order in the app. Although I would prefer my veggies cooked more, I am pleased that my order was correct and there's not any bacon in site, since my pizza came with it and I have Alpha-Gal, so I can't have it.
These are gluten-free crusts too!
Seems like alot has changed in 10yrs. I use to really love this place but the upkeep appears to be slacking. It wasn't as clean as I remember it being. They have a huge shelf in the main lobby with a sign that reads due to theft they have to keep Togo orders behind the counter. It's an eyesore.
The (last) potato they served my gluten free daughter was dry Af. She wasn't happy with me for taking her there but I use to love their tea, so I figured they had options for her to try and they did, but not many. She didn't love it and won't be back as a gluten free customer. She got the last potato they had for the day so I don't feel it's fair to judge them on that for the first visit but.... here we are.... I might go again in the future but I doubt she ever will.
Enjoy a fun, family-friendly vibe with pickleball, outdoor games, and a lively atmosphere that makes every visit a delight!

Gluten allergy here: I am so impressed by their burgers! Perfectly cooked and very tasty. Their bun actually tasted good and they have a dedicated fryer for their GF fried sides which is awesome. The sweet potato fries were very good! And I love the general fun feel of the place.
This really surprised me. The sandwiches were very large and filling. The prices were a little bit higher than Arby's or a typical fast food place, but not by much. Overall, the food quality, quantity, and drink sizes were awesome. My daughter has Celiac disease and I appreciate the gluten-free options that they have as well.
With a vibrant atmosphere and perfectly balanced flavors, this spot impresses with its tasty offerings and well-kept amenities.

The staff was excellent and you can tell they enjoy what they do. The portion sizes were perfect and healthy. The roasted red pepper soup was so good I had to get some to take home! The cobbler and the chicken salad were not too sweet and the flavors were well balanced. The bathrooms were nice and well-kept. Plenty of parking, handicap and family friendly. Gluten free and lighter options available too.
Do. Not. Go. To. This. Location!! After calling in a very small to go order and being told it would be ready in 15 minutes I arrived to an almost 1 hour process. After paying I was told it wasn’t quite ready yet and received my drinks. I then waited another 45 minutes at the counter with several people asking if they could help me, me explaining I was still waiting on my order, they would go into the kitchen and then not return with an explanation. I finally ask for the manager and she explained they were very busy and gave the excuse that my gluten free sandwich was a “hassle” to prepare and caused it to take even longer. Once I finally received my order it was cold, missing salad dressing for the salad, and the gluten free sandwich that was so much of a hassle was incorrect. I just gave up and ask for a refund at that point.
I can't eat here anymore. Twice now I've ordered medium original sandwiches on gluten free bread and the employees are too blind to see that there's mold all over the bread. Completely disgusting. If they're not trying to kill you with gluten, they'll do it with moldy bread.
Expect a spot known for thoughtful service and neatly packaged orders, perfect for group lunches or a quick bite with a smile.

Service with a smile- always look forward to lunch at this location. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and my food is always delicious. They ask if your preference (like gluten free, etc) is allergy related or preference which can be VERY important in some cases. I recently discovered they have salads AND wraps so today I ordered my very first wrap (Italian on tomato basil wrap)… HIGHLY recommend!! My new favorite!
