They guys working today 10/20 around 3:30 are amazing! I have a gluten allergy(which is new to me) and i was craving a Philly and they helped me out and were so courteous to me about it. And were just the sweetest. And avoided all the cross contamination and went to get new knives and spatulas and everything. They went above and beyond. Because, i know, in food and bev you CANT guarantee cross contamination, but the guys sure did their hardest to avoid it! Thank you for having such hard workers!!!

I go there for the gluten free sandwiches and they take great care ensuring that there is no cross contamination. The front staff is very nice and professional.
They did have gluten free yayyyy, firehouse is rather on the pricey side and that's ok for better quality food. With that said, what I got was a slapped together sub not toasted with what I ordered, kindly took the sanwich back up and they just looked at me, then I asked for mayo , she gave me 4 mustard packs, went back in again, she said I gave you mayo, I said no ma'am , I handed her all 4 back then she finally gave up the mayo , Maybe they were having an off day. food was ok but not great
