Odd Duck Market is my go-to spot every time I’m in Charleston. They seriously have the best cappuccino and gluten-free muffins in town. It’s such a great vibe—perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. You can tell the owner really cares about the place and puts a lot of thought into everything. Just an all-around awesome local spot.

I want to tell you the pizza is great - they have a tasty gluten free crust! And when they get the online orders correct, the pizza is great- but the last few times we’ve ordered one of The pizzas is missing one or a few items. Once you could count the shreds of cheese on the cheese pizza. Please, encourage your staff to pay attention to details!! You can’t beat the price anywhere, so there’s that.

First time having lunch here and having a gluten free menu option and the waiters knowledge of celiac disease was reassuring. Looking forward to my next visit! Mahi mahi and shrimp were delicious🤤

Ask for server Emily. She was very attentive and catered to a gluten allergy. When the cook sent something on my plate I couldn't have she sent it back and had him make it right so I didn't get sick. She was absolutely wonderful. Ask for Emily next time you are there.

Basil Thai elevates Charleston's already top notch Restaurant reputation even higher. 1st, the bar is nice but not overwhelming. Good presentation and stiff enough. Food is where this place takes flight. Scrumptious variety of Pad Thai. Gluten Free. Spicy if you request spicy. Currys are aromatic. Highly recommended.

They supplied my film crew with all the brew and fixings! The staff is friendly and efficient, and always do a great job. It’s also got so many great food options for people with dietary restrictions and allergens as well! As someone who lives a sad life without dairy or gluten, there is a slice of joy here in the gluten-free, vegan (dairy free!) pastry selection.

A beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Options are definitely limited for GF. They do however have a GF/DF/V menu if you ask. I got the turkey sandwich without the bread and a side of grits. The deviled eggs and cucumber salad are really good. They have delicious oysters for a meal or appetizer. The drinks are fabulous!

Yesterday, I got a takeout order and specifically told the person who took my order that the burgers and hotdogs had to be in bowls for allergies. I have ordered food this way from this location many times with success. However, this time, my wife, who has severe celiac disease and can not eat anything that has gluten, had a terrible reaction. The only possible reason is that the food was cross-contaminated when it was being made. Something as simple as an employee not following the allergy protocols that Five Guys has in place caused a very painful experience for my wife and I. This store needs to take allergy requests seriously!! It's very important to those of us who have medical issues!

They did have gluten free yayyyy, firehouse is rather on the pricey side and that's ok for better quality food. With that said, what I got was a slapped together sub not toasted with what I ordered, kindly took the sanwich back up and they just looked at me, then I asked for mayo , she gave me 4 mustard packs, went back in again, she said I gave you mayo, I said no ma'am , I handed her all 4 back then she finally gave up the mayo , Maybe they were having an off day. food was ok but not great

GET IN MY BELLY! Sweet dreams are made of this Who am I to disagree I travel the world and the seven seas Everybody's looking for something…. I am looking for CODfather every time I am near Charleston. Only place I have found recently that serves Tennents on tap! The food, atmosphere and people are awesome. If you want someone to brush your hair or stroke your ego as they make your chipotle and pomegranate infused gluten free drink do not go here. These people work their axx off to make good food. Yes often times there is a wait or a honest mistake but they handle it all with class.

Everything was phenomenal here when I could eat there. They used to be one of the few places that offered gluten free options. Came in today to find out they basically only offer 1 thing on their menu that’s GF now. Very disappointing. The lack of options for those of us with dietary issues is disheartening considering they had the options for years! Hope things change but until then they’ve lost a regular.

I visit King Açaí every trip to North Woods Mall! What wonderful service!!! They made one with flavor choices I miss understood, and made me a complete new one for No charge after re-explaining it to me! I mean, I’m just learning Bubble tea, right? Who replaces something free these days when it’s your fault?! These guys are so cool! They even have Almond Milk choices! So many diet options like caffeine free or gluten free! Do yourself a favor, you deserve to be spoiled too! To sum it up in a word… YUMMY!!! 😋

This restaurant and staff are amazing. I order here often because of my gluten allergy. They are one of the only sushi spots I trust with prep and they actually do have GF soy sauce. Last time I was in, one of the ladies actually took the menu and highlighted for me everything that was GF/ could be made GF so I knew for future orders. I love supporting places like this that genuinely care about their customers. 10/10 spot.

Youngest has celiac’s and the mobile ordering app does not have the ability to note that - so I called after ordering. John, the manager went and talked to the kitchen to ensure that everything would be taken care of for that particular part of the order (this CFA has a dedicated fryer for fries, so it’s celiac friendly). Slight mishap in packaging from the staff - but John rectified that situation immediately. We will definitely go back!

Unfortunately the place has no A/C running but couple of fans. Food was OK and fast but the atmosphere was a bit inconsistent and uncomfortable. Definitely not "gluten free" friendly.
