From the welcome treat of hand cut potato chips to white asparagus to the duck, we thought it couldn’t get any better until the blood orange grand marnier soufflé . Superb! Both of us are gluten free and there were so many choices for us. A special treat was the delicious gluten free bread. Know you will be well taken care of at this restaurant!

Take great care to adapt the menu to my intolerance to gluten + dairy products.
It's difficult to find a dish when you have a lot of intolerances, but the waitress was very attentive and the kitchen was very careful about cross-contamination. I didn't get sick and it was delicious. THANKS.
Lovely staff, nice ambience and a few gluten free options for mains. My friends also absolutely loved their pasta. Although note they don’t do GF pizza or GF pasta.
Charming spot by the port with great quality; the vibe is relaxed and the views make it worth every penny.

Lovely place facing the port. Correct treatment without fanfare. Very good product quality. It's not cheap, but it's worth what you pay. My celiac wife was told what she could and couldn't eat, and nothing was contaminated. There is no gluten-free bread or beer. I would return for the place it is in.
A real treat ! Treat yourself to this elegant and refined restaurant! All-you-can-eat buffet in the evening. Simply sublime fish soup and excellent oysters! Nice welcome and kindness with young children. I also appreciated the adapted dishes (gluten-free).
A spot where accommodating service and fresh, generous portions create a delightful dining experience that keeps everyone smiling—make sure to book!

With our dietary constraints (gluten-free, FODMAPS-free for my wife, shellfish allergy), eating in a restaurant is a real obstacle course for us.
We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish.
Everyone is very friendly: the boss, the waitress, the scaler and finally the chef.
We were able to eat starter, main course and dessert, thanks to all the people mentioned above, who went out of their way to please us.
The portions are both very generous and very fresh.
We would love to have a restaurant like this in Vichy.
We will come back and we highly recommend this restaurant.
Remember to book!
Meal taken that day, specifying my wife's intolerances when booking. Everything was respected, including the gluten-free bread.
Everything was perfect: from the service to the meal.
I recommend
Charming riverside vibe with a lovely terrace, perfect for diverse tastes and a relaxing meal experience with friends.

Very nice!
There were four of us, and everyone was able to find a dish that suited them, the kind of restaurant that pleases everyone!
At my request, they included the side dishes as a main course due to my gluten intolerance and my veganism. I had baked vegetables and pesto potatoes. It was really good.
In addition, the setting was ideal: on the banks of the Sorgue on a pretty terrace.
Cozy vibes and knowledgeable service make for a delightful dining experience you won't want to miss!

We had dinner at this restaurant and really enjoyed our meal. It was delicious. The offered a gluten free option for me which was a very yummy fish dish. The restaurant was clean and cosy. The service was excellent and the server was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew what gluten was and made several suggestions which I really appreciated! We would visit here again!
The best restaurant in Épinay without a doubt. We went there for a family meal. Ultra fresh and perfectly cooked seafood platter. Excellent meat and fish dishes. In addition, having a child allergic (to gluten), they prepared a suitable meal (fries cooked in a separate oil, grilled fish with rice...) without complaining. We recommend !!
An all-you-can-eat buffet with great variety, quality, and a price that’s hard to beat—perfect for a satisfying feast!

All-you-can-eat buffet at €32.90, with choice, quality and quantity, it's well worth the price. In addition, the employee who opens the oysters made 6 oysters especially for my wife who is gluten and lactose intolerant. THANKS. If it wasn't so far from Alsace we would definitely go back😁.

Excellent restaurant, great food and, we have several food allergies, gluten (coeliac), gluten (intolerance), soya and cheese, and it was no problem to them. They spoke some english and with our french we got there. They were spot on with the allergies, better than the UK. If they say it is Sans Gluten (gluten free) then it is. Booking essential, it is very popular. Thank you.
Charming little spot with a personal touch, offering attentive service and a cozy vibe that makes it worth the visit.

A little restaurant that is worth the detour. The waiter and the chef are very friendly and very attentive. Being gluten intolerant, the cook prepared me some homemade fries in the oven to accompany my mussels in the marinière, which touched me deeply.
Many thanks.
I highly recommend.
For the rest, the photos speak for themselves
Excellent from starter to dessert. Pleasant setting. The servers were very attentive to the fact that I have celiac disease. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Pleasant places
Very good menu
Fisherman's plate (3 oysters, 4 shrimps, 4 whelks,...lots of crushed ice, a little more oysters would be welcome) otherwise very good plain or garlic mayonnaise, bread, croutin (for homemade soup) and bread without gluten (nice little touch), very hearty and delicious foie gras, excellent hake steak (too bad there was no cod)
Dessert also very good, pistachio cremebrulee, chocolate fondant,
Impeccable service
Very nice waitress
And suitable gluten-free meals
Clean toilet

I have many dietary restrictions (I’m carnivore, so no vegetables, gluten, grains - no veg or seed oils). They let me substitute eggs for risotto and served me the perfect fish (sea bass) with poached eggs and butter. It was perfection and I came away so full! Lovely servers and so accommodating!
Lots of choice in terms of seafood but also the possibility of having a fish dish with fried potatoes.
Ok for celiacs (gluten-free).
Very pleasant atmosphere.
Expect a delightful surprise with exceptional service and thoughtful attention to your needs, turning a complicated experience into a breeze.

This restaurant is a very big surprise!!! with a more than pleasant welcome and quality service, just like the dishes, the presentation, the service and the quality of the products 👍
Having a problem with gluten, the staff inquired in the kitchen to offer me a suitable dish,
Likewise, upon reservation, my concern about food taken seriously and clearly stipulated on the reservation form and transmitted to the room staff,
A big thank you for this moment which was very complicated for me, but became simple in this restaurant!!!
Well done again 😉

The Saoufé counter is quite simply a gem in La Rochelle. The welcome from Jérémie, the owner, his wife, his colleague (a very talented shucker) and his brother is simply perfect. The sense of service is not an empty word.
The products are local, fresh and available.
The menu is compact (a sign of quality and freshness, respect for the seasonality of the products and the customer's desires) but it allows you to find what you're looking for, between land and sea, whatever your taste.
Everyone can find their own little place: front terrace, tables in the dining room, small high chair at the counter and back terrace (more intimate because on a small street).
The service is respectful of the customer's temporality, warm and expert.
Celiacs are welcome. Allergens are clearly notified and double checked.
The address is excellent!
Everything was exquisite from start to finish!! We had our wedding meal (14 people). We were seated in the veranda in complete privacy. Warm decoration.
The chef listened to our desires and to the gluten intolerance of a guest. It adapted without problem.
Starter: pan-fried scallops with mushrooms and salad
Dish: grilled sea bass accompanied by a risotto / wok of vegetables for the person with gluten intolerance
Forming: dry or white
Dessert: wedding cake (dessert suggested by the chef) + chartreuse soufflé for people with gluten intolerance
The service was top notch, no false notes.
The owner even offered us the bouquet of roses that she had bought to decorate the table.
Bosses are kindness itself

Nice restaurant with attentive service and very fine food, especially the fish and seafood. Thank you very much for the great advice from the boss personally regarding celiac disease / gluten-free; everything was tip top. We were there a second time :)

Great place, best place for sea food. Moules frites is their best dish by far. Its gluten free aswell. Definitely have to go there. You also can walk along the water on the piet after. Important is that you either come some time before it opens or you need to be ready to wait for around an hour during peak season (8-10pm). Definitely worth it though!
Enjoy a prime waterfront spot with a menu that caters to both vegans and a diverse mix of diets, making for a delightful dining experience.

Very nice place, but don't go there if you have allergies. I'm a rare case that's intolerant to both gluten and milk protein, but I got large pieces of bread on top of my starter, and the main dish included two sides with milk in them. The waiter spoke English very well, so that wasn't the problem.
A welcoming spot with a focus on allergen awareness, offering a pleasant setting and an enjoyable experience.

Very nice moment in the restaurant, warm servers with a lot of humor, a very nice menu which will delight even those reluctant to eat seafood, and tasty and generous plates!
NB: for those intolerant to gluten, the fries are cooked in a fryer reserved solely for this use, go there with your eyes closed!
