My friends and I stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised.
Hospitality and education were the fundamental pillars of our experience with the staff.
The menu offers the customer the opportunity to choose between several very attractive dishes, which certainly will not disappoint you.
Furthermore, it is possible to eat their sandwiches with the gluten-free formula in order to accommodate those who are celiac or gluten intolerant.
The environment is calm: you can consume both inside and outside.
The only flaw for those going in a group is that the place has adopted a policy whereby separate accounts cannot be made.
Lastly, to my displeasure, two extra covers were added to the bill but we noticed this when we had already left the restaurant.
Despite this, I would like to recommend everyone to stop by here. ❤️
This bustling spot impresses with high-quality seafood, a cozy atmosphere, and plentiful options for special dietary needs.

A 5 star dinner.
Very high quality fish and above all a lot of attention to my celiac disease.
They cooked me the gluten-free pasta I wanted without any problems.
I even brought the one I preferred even though they were provided with it.
An unforgettable experience.
The fish melted in your mouth.
I will definitely come back during my next holidays.

I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Rosinella restaurant, in the historic center of Gallipoli, last weekend. The restaurant is located in a small street in the center, in a welcoming and rustic environment. The staff is kind and professional and gave us the best advice for our dinner. We started with a really excellent appetizer of raw seafood: very fresh purple prawns from Gallipoli, a delicious tuna tartare and succulent scampi.
For the first course, we chose spaghetti with sea urchin pulp, which was truly sublime. The pasta was al dente and the sea urchin pulp was rich and creamy. For the second course, we opted for a delicious swordfish steak, all paired pleasantly with a glass of excellent fiano. And to finish, we had a berry cheesecake.
Everything we tasted was really excellent, and for me the most important peculiarity was that everything was strictly gluten-free, which is often overlooked.
I highly recommend the Rosinella restaurant to all lovers of fresh fish and good food, especially celiacs like me.
What more can I say, the aromas and flavours even distracted us from taking photos, leaving the tartare and scampi entrée as the only witness
