Impressive Gluten Free selections (see menu picture as of Dec 29 2024). I had the Peel and Eat shrimp and Shrimp tacos, but we will be back to try more things!
Chill vibe with scenic lake views and a spacious outdoor deck, perfect for a laid-back hangout!

Great place all around. We ate outside on the deck, plenty of shade and fans to help stay cooler with a great view! They have a gluten free menu that you have to ask for that has a decent enough variety.
Catch a relaxed vibe at this casual spot with a diverse seafood menu and tasty desserts, just watch out for a bit of cleanliness.

Was very happily surprised! I am gluten free and worried if they would have many options. They did. I had a fabulous rice dish with grilled tilapia and a caddoo sauce.

We ate here the other evening and it was so disappointing. Our server Katy was great but the food took a long time to come and when it did was not good. The bread sticks weren't warm or soft. They tasted a day old. The salad was fine. The soup (chicken gnocchi spinach tasted like clam chowder. Honestly it tasted like it came from a can. It was thin. The entrees were a create your own pasta and a salmon plate. The salmon was so I've done it was crunchy. The asparagus it was served with was barely cooked at all and also crunchy. The pasta was just gluten free noodles with marinara and the sauce tasted as though it came.fromna can also. The pasta noodles were good. The alcohol drinks were $9 and was so weak you couldn't tell there was alcohol at all. We used a $25 gift card and still walked out paying $70 somehow. I won't be back.
Experience top-notch service and exceptional attention to detail at this amazing spot, where expectations are consistently exceeded.

We normally love Kemuri and have long trusted it as a safe place to eat gluten- and dairy-free without incident, but today we had an uncharacteristic experience that I feel needs to be shared.
We had a reservation for 8:00, and when we arrived the restaurant was full except our table and very busy. We were seated on time for our reservation and our waiter quickly came to take our order, but everything after that went a bit sideways. We knew what we wanted when we sat down - edamame and a gluten- and dairy-free Kemuri Platter - and ordered when the waiter came by to get our drink order. He was up front with us about not knowing much about what ingredients are and aren’t gluten free but made sure to note it on our order and told us he would trust us to tell him if something wasn’t right.
It took over 30 minutes just to get our edamame, and around an hour to get the platter. When the platter arrived, there was tamago nigiri on the plate, and the two rolls had multiple ingredients containing gluten (tempura, eel sauce, and crabstick), which we did not catch until I took a bite of one. Our waiter didn’t come back for a while after, so eventually we each took a turn to try to go find him to no avail. When he did come back, we let him know about the rolls, and he immediately informed the manager. The manager came to our table and was very apologetic, pointed out that the tamago was also not gluten free, and said she would have the head sushi chef remake our rolls. The new rolls came out very quickly, but were obviously very hastily thrown together. One was filled with so much cucumber that it was comical - there were some pieces of the roll that had double the cucumber compared to the amount of fish. One of the rolls also came on a bed of seaweed salad, which is not gluten free. We were given two extra pieces of nigiri as well, which we appreciated, but my wife could only safely eat one of the rolls due to the cross contact with the seaweed salad. We had been there far over an hour by that point and just decided not to worry about it a second time, and I ate the roll she couldn’t eat.
At the end of the meal, we expected to maybe have something taken off the bill for the inconvenience, but ended up paying in full. It didn’t feel worth arguing over the price of the bill after everything. I also want to note that we noted on the reservation that it was our anniversary, and it was not acknowledged at all - no one asked if we were there for a special occasion or anything and did not mention the anniversary part of the reservation. We did not leave feeling good about our visit or future visits to the restaurant during busy times.
When the regular breading was too spicy for me, they replaced it with gluten free breading without all the seasoning in it. It was delicious! The catfish was so soft and delicious!
This cozy spot offers warm hospitality with homemade dishes and a welcoming vibe, making it a must-visit for any foodie.

We are from out of town. This was nice find. You were greeted at the door. The food was hot and delicious. We had catfish, shrimp and chicken, pinto beans, tomato relish and Cole slaw. I recommend it all. They have gluten free options, including the fried catfish. (marked on the menu) The wait staff was friendly and gave great service. Definitely be back when we are in the area again.
A must-visit for its moist sea bass, creamy mashed potatoes, and an irresistible flourless brownie topped with macadamia nuts.

Highly recommend if ever you see it somewhere. I had sea bass (moist & flakey) with creamy good mashed potatoes and tasty broccoli 🥦. (My husband had Mahi-mahi; not my fave anywhere.) For dessert, we had their warm, light, and oh-so delicious flourless (gluten-free…yay!) brownie sprinkled with macadamia nuts - served with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce. Because I have to eat gluten-free, I wasn’t able to partake of the bread that is served prior to the meal. My husband, however, seemed to enjoy ALL of it! 🙂 Unfortunately, we were only in town for one night, and we don’t have a Bonefish in Oklahoma City. 🙁
Needs work. Lord knows Heber needs some better options for fine dining, but I am not sure we are there yet. I always give a place at least 3 visits before posting something as every place can have a bad night, but on my 3rd trip and I'm out.
First, I don't mind paying good money for good food, but the price for the appetizers was a little high for frozen store bought apps. We spent over $100 for two people without alcohol :-|. The crab cakes tasted awesome, but were ice cold which was a bummer. My table got three apps and two came out cold. The entrees were blueberry salmon and a duck special. Lose the blueberry reduction and go with something normal like lemon butter or bearnaise for salmon. The duck was meh and didn't have much flavor, but for $38 dollars I felt like there should have been more than some rice and a little duck. Lots of fried food on the menu.
Second, get Open Table or Resy please. This is simple solution, we watched as people came in and were turned away or had to wait outside in the rain. We got lucky and showed up before the crowd and got the only table with a hand written "reserved" sign on it.
Third, nobody, I mean NOBODY wants gluten free flourless chocolate cake!
A go-to Downtown spot known for its unique twist on classics, excellent breakfast, and it's laid-back atmosphere; a favourite for many!

Great food! They even have gluten-free breading! Be aware, food is still cooked in the same fryers as regular breading.
I hadn't had fried fish in over a decade! I didn't realize how much I missed it till I stopped in here! If you're able to, you definitely need to try it!
