I have celiac disease, and the minute the server (whose name is also Monica) found out she was very diligent in making sure my food was safe! She double checked each dish so that I had no worries about eating :)
We eat at a lot of poke places as many have gluten free options for my daughter with celiac disease. Not the best poke bowl we've ever had. It was okay/good. A decent option when there aren't that many choices available.
When up near the New Hampshire / Maine border I can always count on a good lobster roll with a gluten free roll option from the beach plum! Find it goes well with sweet potato fries :)
