My friends suggested here and I was skeptical because Im gluten free and its so hard to find a good Italian place with gluten free options. Needless to say I was blown away. I got the Rigatoni con Pollo alla Panna with gf pasta and it was delicious. The service was great and the food was amazing. Definitely will be back and looking forward to it!

Overall, above average; could use some improvement ( seating is a bit tight ( we can hear the full conversation sometimes) )

I only recently discovered Cape Fear Seafood, but was very pleased to find they have a Gluten Free menu. It is limited, but the staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful in my case. I've only eaten take-out so far, but look forward to eating in the restaurant sometime to see what other menu items might be modified to accommodate Celiac disease. The food is delicious, a really great find!

Delicious food, fantastic cocktails, and a beautiful selection of fresh oysters. Also, very clearly marked gluten free items and gluten options available, perfect for those with gluten allergies. Great place for a date night!
Had dinner here recently and they have both a nice spread out indoor space and a nice outdoor space for dining options. I had the chicken Jarrett which was amazing with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes. The house salad with pecans and blue cheese was really good. Partner had the broiled seafood platter and he said it was really good. Presentation was nice and the food had lots of flavor. Would definitely recommend. They have gluten free options and sides clearly marked on the menu and the server gave me confidence in ordering gluten free.
We got here at 8pm for our reservations and then got seated. We got our menus, and were given a QR code to scan for drinks. The QR code led to the beverages page on their website, which gave an error message. It seems like someone had quite literally deleted the page off the website. Then we were told by the waiter to keep trying it, which obviously didn’t work. We proceeded to wait 15+ minutes until we actually ordered our meals. Anyways, we sit for over an hour waiting for our food and eventually get our meals at 9:30pm. The food was decent at best and was not worth anywhere near the price. We finished up and asked for to-go containers, which we got, and then we were left unattended for 15+ minutes without the bill. We felt like we were forgotten about, and considered leaving. Then, finally, the waiter came with the bills and there were only two bills but there were four of us there. He didn’t ask if we wanted bills separate or together, he assumed. We signed the bills quickly so we could finally leave.
Later at home, I realized the receipt wasn’t for my meal and I was doubled charged for a single drink. I also felt very ill and realized that I had eaten gluten at the restaurant, even though everything I ate was listed on the gluten-free menu. I cannot eat gluten due to Celiac Disease. If I had to guess, the chips were fried in the same fryers as gluten-containing foods.
Overall, I am incredibly unhappy with the experience that I had here, especially because they portray themselves as being an upscale restaurant.
