Very well organized brewery in fabulous surroundings that offer many gluten-free options suitable for celiacs. I have tried the gluten-free croquettes, various types of salads, the chicken with potatoes (they fry them separately), I miss the green peppers that they used to have but they are no longer there and as a novelty they have a delicious cheesecake that is gluten-free! PS: If you ask, they will also prepare gluten-free goxua.

The most delicious ice creams in Bilbao, the staff is very kind and friendly, especially a girl who is always super attentive whenever I go.
The only thing please keep the cones gluten free!!! May it be the only ice cream shop that offers gluten-free cones and how delicious they are... PLEASE DON'T REMOVE THEM!!!! 😞
