I’m celiac so there aren’t restaurants that I can go to and choose from a variety of menu items that are safe and delicious. Bambu has that variety and they take such care when preparing my meal. It’s so refreshing to go to a restaurant and fully enjoy the experience!!! My husband is not celiac and he loves it as well!!!

So they were pretty busy when we came here for dinner a week ago. We didn't wait more than 15 minutes to get a table despite them being so busy. They have a gluten free menu so celiacs can feel safe eating here and not worry about potential language barriers or issues in explaining the whole celiac thing. Sushi, sashimi, salads, and more. Everything is got was yummy 😋. They did mess up my drink order, but once told they immediately fixed it. 🙂 Atmosphere is pleasant but unfortunately we were close to the door so it was noisy.

Fast, friendly, and delicious! This was a great find on a whim, and we were overwhelmed with choice (even with one being gluten-free and the other being spice/heat-free!) Will definitely go back.

The food is delicious and they are very accommodating and safe with food intolerances/allergies/dietary restrictions. I am gluten intolerant and vegan and they always ensure I am well taken care of. On occasion they have even made me rolls off menu, with beautiful presentation. It is a rarity to be so well accommodated with so many dietary restrictions.

Great sushi spot. They have kind servers who really make you feel welcome. In addition they have a big menu with many appealing options. The only down fall is they do not have very many gluten free rolls. Despite this the servers were careful with my food and even provided me with a gluten free soya sauce. I ended up getting their CAA roll (asparagus, avocado, cucumber) and Philly rolls (salmon, cucumber and cream cheese). Both tasted fresh and delicious. In addition, they gave us a complementary miso soup before our lunch which was great aswell. We left really happy with both the food and service, thank you Sapporo Sushi!

Take out only restaurant. The website was easy to use and efficient. We were very satisfied with our order. They took note of the gluten allergy flag we included in our order and took care to pack the items separately and offered us gluten-free soy sauce. Great find in the neighbourhood - will definitely try again.

This has become my family’s favourite spot to get sushi takeout! Not only is the price to quality ratio decent compared to other options nearby, but the service is very quick with relatively few hiccups. Lots of different options for maki roll and other types of sushi. The hostess is also very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, so she was able to point out the gluten friendly options for my partner. The seating area is small and simple, and there is complementary green tea that you can serve yourself with. I’ve gotten complementary/bonus maki rolls with my take-out orders before, which is a huge bonus! They also dress up the orders with lots of garnishes like pieces of mango and arugula which is nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a local spot for sushi.

Great sushi spot with gluten free rolls + soy sauce. Love it here! The portion sizes are big but dining in isn’t always the best with the atmosphere and somewhat slow.
