Jake, our chef, was amazing tonight! We brought our son Preston for his birthday and Jake mentioned him by name and wished him a happy birthday multiple times during our dinner. Jaden our server was efficient friendly and attentive to detail. There was a member of the other party at our table that has a gluten allergy and both Jake and Jaden went above and beyond to ensure we all had an equally enjoyable experience. I was super excited for GF options but then they accidentally gave me the gluten noodles, and I had a few bites before noticing. Which sucks extra because the ramen was meh, so I’m gonna be sick off subpar ramen. The chasu pork was good and egg okay, but the broth was bland. Still grateful they have GF on the menu just wish the waiter had paid attention more to the noodles, since I told them I couldn’t eat gluten and double checked things were GF so I didn’t get sick.
