Best sushi I have had in Norman or OKC. Fresh, flavorful and totally delicious. I am not a super-adventurous sushi eater, but I tried new things here and loved them all. Really the stand out here is the service and environment. Our server, Lauren, was funny, kind, incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They were able to modify anything on the menu, she said, to be gluten-free and/or accommodate other allergies. She had suggestions for what I might order, and went to great lengths to make sure I loved what I ordered and that I got what I wanted. It seemed like everyone working there was part of a team, that they were enjoying themselves and liked their jobs and each other. The restaurant is cozy and not too big. Outstanding food, impeccable service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I'm counting down the days until I get to go back to The Moon!

We had dinner here yesterday while in Tulsa on our anniversary trip for a few days. Amaya took are of us. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about our GF needs. It was a very enjoyable dinner. The food was excellent, fresh and tasty. I approached the manager Nicole on our way out to let her know how exceptional our service was. She was so pleasant and pleased to have the feedback. Today, in the middle of a snow storm, we had no options for my husband with celiac disease to eat. We called here and they were open! Essentially every thing around was closed because of the snow. I spoke with the manager Nicole again. She was more than happy to take our order for pickup, even with the possibility of them closing early due to the weather, and she recalled us from yesterday, which I thought was amazing. We’re so grateful they are able to accommodate us!! Again our dinner was delicious. If you want P.F. Chang’s usual delicious food, and most of all, excellent customer service that isn’t only efficient, but so friendly, come here for dinner. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back when we come to Tulsa again.

The sushi is so good here! They tie in Caribbean ingredients like plantain into a few of their rolls. I tried a spicy roll and to my surprise while the roll did have a kick to it the spiciness did not take over and actually provided flavor.
I went with my cousins and they all enjoyed their rolls (see pictures). One cousin has a gluten intolerance and Caribbean Sushi actually has a gluten free menu if you request it.

Brian was an amazing server. The menu is large! Even for me—gluten free section ◡̈
The sushi was the best I’ve had in the OKC area in many, many years. My husband loved his bento box lunch.
To managers: consider warm towels to clean our hands before the meal. Would really elevate the experience. Js!
Will be back for those cocktails…
They were absolutely wonderful. I went on a date with my boyfriend the other day here. I’ve been here before I was diagnosed with celiac disease and it was good then. I accidentally ordered something that I’m not able to eat and I asked them if they had gluten free soy sauce and when they found out I can’t eat gluten they swapped out my orders and were totally cool about it and accommodating. They even had gluten free soy sauce. Food was amazing, staff was really friendly and I will definitely go here again.

The food was really delicious and the view was amazing. We ordered multiple rolls, salads, and a noodle dish, and everything was fantastic. The service was excellent, especially considering that one of our party members had dietary restrictions. The server made sure that our meals were prepared correctly and even caught a mistake before it reached our table. Overall, it was a great experience.
Took the wife to dinner here for our anniversary dinner. We ordered a bunch of stuff based on recommendations. To be fair: I come from a place where Sushi is no joke. I've tried some of the best Sushi Chef's and while it was ok here I was not impressed. Usually the contrast of hot and cold is why the wife gets tempura rolls, these were just cold and soggy. The Sashimi was decent, but I don't think the server knew what my allergy meant as he brought me a few items I requested Gluten Free (I'm Celiac) that did not come that way. He was nice, but didn't seem to be overly concerned with my allergy, which is a huge concern and red flag for me. We both were not impressed with the range of dishes. It's decent food, but we won't be back after the sub par experience we had.
Known for its impressive sushi selections and helpful service, this spot is a must-visit for a memorable dining experience.

This place is absolutely fabulous. They have all the classics, perfectly prepared with super fresh ingredients. Their veggie roll with jicama is amazing. They also have some fun and delicious twists, like pistachios in a sushi roll and garlic butter edamame.
We have been several times now, and they handled a gluten allergy, a dairy allergy, and a fish allergy in our party. The server was very attentive, and a manager even brought us a new dish to try.
Check it out. You won’t be sorry.

Loved it here! Low lights, cozy vibe. Big booths seating. Super nice staff. High quality delicious food with very reasonable prices!! This is now in my regular lunch rotation. I didn't get pics because it was so good I ate it all before I remembered 😆 I recommended the Hungry roll and the gluten free soy sauce (upon request).
Edit- It was so good, I went back for dinner 🤣 got photos this time. Monkey brains appetizer is the way to go! Tempura veggies were okay, pretty thick cuts of vegetables. Hungry Rolls is amazing as well as the Pink Lady.
As someone who eats gluten free, the Sushi Bar is my favorite because they have a gluten free menu. 🙌🏼 My husband also has a sesame allergy, and they’re always happy to accommodate him.
With an impressive three-page menu offering a variety of rolls, this spot promises a top-notch selection and great service.

They USED to have REALLY GOOD gluten free noodles but they changed them- the green ones tasted SOOOOO much better they are gross now. I haven't wanted them since they switched noodles. I got it once not too long ago after they changed noodles and I was NOT impressed.
The only reason I am giving more than one star is BECAUSE of those previous noodles!!!!!! They should REALLY go back!!!
A welcoming spot with incredibly accommodating staff who go the extra mile to ensure a great experience for everyone.

The place that was in the building before this place was not great. BUT the new restaurant staff is so kind and extremely helpful. Very accommodating and friendly if you have celiac disease. It’s very rare that people are patient about having to eat gluten free. But they went above and beyond!
It's good, but not great. It is nice and clean, and the service is good. My poke bowl was pretty good, I ordered the orange bowl and they allowed me to substitute the egg for kimchi cucumbers. While they ostensibly have gluten-free options, it's at your own risk, there's no tamari soy sauce available for the sushi, poke bowls, or burritos. They are convenient though and fast.
I got one of their very limited gluten-free choices, and sad to say it was not very appetizing. I was overall disappointed with their menu options for gluten-free.
If you live in the area, are NOT gluten-free, and have never been to sushi choo choo in Houston then I think you'd probably enjoy this place. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again and after eating at sushi choo choo in Houston, this place is kinda lame lol. Although I think they are trying their best to do something unique for the area. The girl who helped us had no idea what gluten was and honestly the options available that I could eat were very limited because mostly everything is either fried, has a sauce, or has imitation crab meat in it. But I got by. The sushi itself was decent. Overall it's a neat little restaurant.
With a menu full of variety and great prices, this spot easily caters to groups and ensures everyone leaves satisfied and happy.

As a celiac, not being able to consume gluten, I'm always wary about what's on the menu and cross contamination in a commercial kitchen. I understand they can only do so much. The lady taking my order was like: "Gluten-free? No problem, you tell me what you want, I make it Gluten-free."
We were a group of 12, they handled everything with aplomb and we all went away, happy and full. Good prices and conveniently located to our hotel. Plenty of variety on the menu too!
Thank you folks!
