They have a gluten free menu you can request that also indicates options for avoiding soy, corn and coconut and everything is dairy free and plant based. They have gluten free desserts from local gluten free bakeries and are happy to modify dishes as needed for additional allergens. Their cocktails are also AMAZING!

Self-serve beer joint with multiple craft beers on tap - you pay for what is dispensed, tracked with a card. They also have some mixed drinks on tap and gluten-free beers in cans. The gluten-free pizza on cauliflower crust was excellent.
I can't say enough about this place. I'm vegetarian and I recently found out that I'm gluten sensitive. I thought I was out of luck when it came to Mexican food. Then, I found this place. I left full, happy, and I doesn't even have to break the bank. Even better, my whole family loved the food. We will definitely be back.
This location has been good with gluten free so far. I always ask them to change gloves, order a salad and ask for ingredients from the back (especially the lettuce / anything grabbed with gloves).
A hidden gem with a mini store on-site, offering a variety of unique snacks and the best homemade horchata in town.

Isaac met at the front door and welcomed us with a friendly, "Are you hungry?" He promised to fill us with great food and he did not disappoint.
My SO loved her Pupusa Loroco and I found the bean mix Pupusa wonderful. The fried plantain with refried beans was a delightful finish for the lunch. There was no problem finding a gluten free meal here.
The restaurant was clean. Soft Latino music played in the background. This is a good experience.

We frequently get breakfast for staff meetings. This is the only place I'll get breakfast burritos from. They are not hit or miss like some places, everything is good and it's always good. I haven't eaten any of their other food, but definitely great breakfast dishes. And they accommodate gluten free diet restrictions.
Enjoy hearty portions at great prices, and embrace a unique dining experience with friendly faces, even if language can be a fun barrier.

A hefty serving of delicious food at a good price. We enjoyed our lunch there. It would've been nice if the person taking our order spoke more English, but it wasn't a problem and we were able to place our orders. We liked that they had corn tortillas as a gluten-free option.
Pretty good tacos, very solid. It's not the greatest, but definitely satisfying. They sell them one by one, so it's easy to pick and choose. A lot of filling.
The place is extremely loud, but that's kinda by design.
Gluten free situation: nothing is marked, but they have corn tortillas, so it's a matter of checking with the waiter if the given option is safe.
Authentic and flavorful, this spot serves up delicious Mexican dishes made with real ingredients, making takeout a favorite for many.

We usually do takeout. Either way, though, I've never ordered anything I don't love. I eat more takeout from Monica's than anywhere. They use real ingredients, and as one who has a lot of food allergies, I have never reacted from their food. My favorite is their Adobada tacos. No gluten, no dairy, tons of flavor, don't even need salsa. I've literally NEVER had a bad experience with Monica's. I order it for business meetings and invite friends there. Nothing bad to say about it... All good! It's just real Mexicans making real Mexican food, no frills except a delicious line to squeeze on my tacos, and delicious flavor without bad chemicals. And an affordable side of guacamole! Great food at great prices with great service! What's not to like?

We were looking for a quick late lunch / early dinner and decided to try Piglatin Cocina. I am very glad we did!
We started with their signature Margarita. It was a little small but also not filled to the brim with ice. It was the right mix of sweet and tart with a salty rim.
For our meal I had the OG Stacked Arepa (gluten free). It was packed with flavor! The crispy arepa with a soft interior, topped with sweet pork and stringy mozzarella cheese, barely noticeable spinach (although my immune system thanked me for eating it) and spicy sriracha made for a perfectly delectable bite. If you are not a fan of spicy food, I would recommend asking for the sriracha lite or on the side.
I wanted to try one of the tacos and chose the Guava Lava Chicken (gluten free). I ate this second and I was very glad I did! This taco was SPICY! I would order it again and absolutely eat it last. I like spicy food (medium - hot is my preference) and this was hot - hot. Before the heat took over, I could tell the texture was delightful and the flavor was delicious.
My husband had the Piglatin Plate (gluten free). It was savory, salty and sweet. The amount of food was just right for a lunch portion.
He also had the Yuca wedges (gluten free - although fried in the same oil as gluten containing foods). They were ok and a nice side but he would likely try something else next time.
TL;DR - The Street Tacos and Plates are all gluten free or can be made gluten free. The sides are fried in the same oil as the empanadas.
Amazing drive-thru experience with staff who go the extra mile to customize your order for a perfect fit.

I had such great service from a young lady at their drive through. I told her I was looking for some gluten free options and she took the time to tell me which items they could swap the flour tortillas out for corn. Wonderful customer service. Grilled chicken tacos are even better in a corn tortilla. Thanks!
