After a rather underwhelming dinner experience at another Coogee establishment, we looked forward to some Italian fare. Excellent choice, the food, the service, the ambience. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed dinner and our gluten intolerant daughter was well taken care of. Seems reservations for the weekend are a must. The restaurant was rather busy at 6pm - for a number of good reasons. Had plenty of delicious complimentary bread, very much enjoyed the anchovies (YUM), the crudo and great pastas. Highly recommended.

Best food in Coogee, will not disappoint. Quiet, ocean views, food is plated beautifully, interesting ingredients. Highly recommended the zucchini fitters and coconut milk chai latte. Heaps of gluten free options available.
FISHBOWL has become one of our favourite places! We went to the one in COOGEE and not only was the food absolutely amazing, the service was outstanding! We were served by the same person each time we went (3 times in less than 24 hours!) and her name is STEPH. Steph was so kind, welcoming, friendly and patient with our orders and never rushed us. She cared about our orders and each time we saw her, her service was consistently amazing. Our orders were complicated given we needed everything to be Gluten free and for me, heated up/cooked as I am pregnant and Steph made sure the kitchen staff were properly advised. We'll be back again not only for the food but because STEPH is a SUPERSTAR and the entire team in the kitchen also rock! Thank you Steph and Fishbowl (Coogee)

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Amazing service, not like anywhere I have eaten before. The food was to die for and the atmosphere was so intimate. 👌 they also catered for a gluten free meal within the set menu without any fuss.
A new cafe located down on the main esplanade of Coogee. A bright open space with a few small tables to dine in along the wall space and also alfresco.
Opened up by some of the Titans fitness guys, the cafe menu boasts a health based focus, in particular their bone broths; beef, chicken and some with noodles.
They also have a vegan granola, turmeric omelette and a hot smoked salmon brekkie with eggs. I ordered the gluten free granola with maple syrup, nuts, fresh fruit, your choice of milk and yoghurt. It was a wonderful porridge. I would definitely order this again.
Their lunch menu offers salads, proteins and super sides (like brown rice, sweet potato, quinoa to name a few). If you order a salad + protein + side, it will set you back $25.
Drink wise, they have protein shakes, juices, tea and double roasters coffee.
The cafe has friendly service and take pride in what they are putting on the table. I really like the cafe but the only drawback is that it’s more expensive than most cafes. They do have generous serves and organic and healthy foot which could be contributing factors
Our teenager ate here almost every day during our stay in Coogee! He loved the sliced beef pho and chicken rice paper rolls. Everything he ate was gluten free 👌🏼
Great place! Delicious food (we had a gluten free risotto and a really good calzone) and very good service.
The only problem was the acoustics of the place. It was very loud and we had to raise our voices to talk to each other (there was just two of us)

This place is fabulous. Cosy neighbourhood bistro with great food and wine. The service was exceptional .. we were very well look after especially as one of our party is coeliac and the staff were very careful to give alternative choices and took care separating any gluten containing food from her meal.
Recent visitors rave about the incredible grilled snapper and fresh Greek salad, making it a must-try spot for flavorful meals.

We ate here just over a week ago. The grilled snapper was fantastic! Greek salad was fresh and delicious and my family loved their hot chips. Staff were super friendly. I asked for gluten free grilled fish and had no issues (not allergic or a celiac though)
Good Pizza for take away!!
It is not the type of pizza you would find in Italy but this place has its own great style.
My favorite is the capricciosa, which comes with a mountain of delicious toppings.
They also have gluten free bases and they are incredibly fast!
