Personalized service, the team listened to all our needs, great gluten-free and vegetarian options. But what made this visit a success was the food. Everything was good, fresh, tasty. The portions were generous, we enjoyed ourselves. A first visit but not the last.
The tartars are good, as are the soups in general. Unequal service (forced to get up to get the bill at the counter, waitress who is crony with acquaintances) or super attentive service. A little expensive for a dinner but good alternative in the neighborhood. We love eclectic decor touches. Great alternative for people with food intolerances such as gluten.
Equilibre is the only caterer that allows each guest to choose their meal... (elsewhere, you must choose the same meal for a minimum of 5 people).
Everything is tasty, well presented and well balanced... precisely. There are also gluten-free, vegan, etc. choices. and they take allergies into account. The service is impeccable, from receipt of the order to delivery!!
Another thing: all containers are recyclable and today, this has become very, very important.
