My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, staff, and food at the Pelican Kipos Cafe. It was like coming home to eat with the family. The manager and servers worked together like family. Best gluten free bread and many options for those with GF needs. No reactions. Make a reservation, because they are conveniently located in a shopping district close to sunset watching and picture taking. You will be drawn in to the garden like an oasis. Would have come again if we didn't have to cut the trip short for travel reasons. Many thanks to the professional and quality experienced people working in front and behind the scenes.

Booked a reservation at 7pm here for dinner. We were sat at the desired level and had a pretty good view of the city & sunset. I had the Skioufihta Pasta with gluten free noodles - it is nice that they have that option. The pasta was very good but small portion for the price. Food came very quickly. However, it seemed that our server was sick and being forced to work, she did not seem well. Also if you're coming just for views of the sunset, there are likely better places that are less expensive.

Wanted somewhere in Fira with good seafood at a reasonable price. This place blew expectations! We had grilled calamari and sea bass with salad and roast potatoes everything tasted incredible and the wine too! Also my partner is coeliac (gluten free) they accommodated and were so friendly about it! Was very windy today so didn’t get to sit upstairs for sunset but still had a great evening. Amazing dining experience. Service was prompt but patient. We were walk ins with no reservations and were lucky to get a seat for 2. Food was incredible. Small on the house nibbles and finishing digestives were an amazing touch. You can see why the establishment and been around for over 100 years. Gluten free options for starters, mains and desserts.
Brunch here offers a cozy vibe with lots of options and light, fluffy pancakes that are a standout choice.

I came here for a smoothie and advocacies on toast. The smoothie was average, the avocado on toast (gluten free) was disgusting and I actually only ate 2 bites and left the rest. I don’t know what it was, it was very oily and I was also expecting more tomato’s on the avocado but you got half a cherry tomato per piece of toast, so it was literally just a garnish. A complete waste of €20 euro
