Excellent cuisine, fair prices, fast and attentive staff. We also had a great time with regards to food intolerances. Our daughter has celiac disease and they handled the gluten-free dishes in a truly professional manner, also conveying a lot of safety. I highly recommend it because you eat really well. I had the duck leg and it was fantastic.

We were very happy with meals for a big crowd. But a lot of confusion when it came to ordering. as there was 9 of us getting take away it was a big order. I tried to phone it in as previous years I was advised to do this if ordering gluten free cod. ( which is fabulous) but had to go to the premises to order as they don’t take orders over the phone? But yet when I got there they said we should of ordered. That was a Sunday night. On the Wednesday night I went to go order agsin on phone and told that They only do gluten free from Thursday -Sunday ( it’s July and the place was mad busy). So I asked then if they had a gluten free burger. ( not an option) so very disappointed with this as it doesn’t state it anywhere and the app actually doesn’t have the gluten free option on it either. Service was pretty bad as the young lad kept forgetting what I wanted. But I was over 45mins from when I got there to when I actually walked out with order. A little bit of communication is required for younger staff as they don’t know what’s available ( was told they don’t do fish burgers) but they did. Just maybe Re consider ordering ahead an option when it’s big would b appreciated.

Between ordering take aways and siting in the restaurant, I’ve always had such a a pleasant experience in Lana.The staff are so welcoming especially the tall guy with the dark hair and the new girl who served me yesterday. She was so accommodating towards my gluten free needs and was so friendly . I would recommend Lana to all my friends . One last thing the prices are very reasonable :)

If I could give 100 stars I would, service 10/10. Knowledge around Celiacs 10/10. Presentation 10/10. Taste 10/10. I was working at Mallow home and garden festival and wanted to buy more than one, Charly kept my order in the fridge for me to collect at the end of the day, I popped over at lunch time to get one I couldn’t wait until I got home to taste them. I asked how long they would last because I wanted a few, there really was no need to ask because I’ll have them all gone by tomorrow. I always struggle to eat out being vegetarian & having a gluten intolerance but this place did not disappoint! ♥️looking forward to my next visit 😊

Great food, very popular spot, good menu choice and also gluten free, vegetarian options. Good portions and quick carvery service and the queue moves quickly despite the numbers. Great for group tours, small celebrations like baptisms, communions etc. Kids happy with ice cream and slushy choices and a play area also .

We were a party of 11. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal . Good range of choices from pizzas, pasta, and gluten free choices. I had a vegetarian pizza which was delicious. Food came promptly and service was super. It was busy at the restaurant which gives an indication of its popularity. Menu was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

I recommend the chicken in mandarin sauce. It’s actually amazing!!!! My go to takeaway on a Friday evening. They are also very understanding of most allergies and can make a lot of things gluten free 😊
