Characteristic restaurant near the center of Bormio, very typical for its preserved wooden interiors. The typical dishes are excellent as is the friendly, precise and fast service and the value for money is also excellent. Some dishes can be made in a gluten free version. Definitely worth trying.

Purchase of cakes, all gluten free bread, focaccia. Very high quality and particular praise for the panettone, always gluten free, fabulous, soft, well leavened and better than others with gluten. We came to Bormio to get away from the city and the smog. Guests of the Chalet, we had the opportunity to have lunch in the property's restaurant, Filò.
Revisited Valtellina cuisine, with excellent Gluten free options. The attention to the dishes, the details told by the dining room staff, the atmosphere of the place make this restaurant one of my favorite places. I will definitely go back.

Very nice place and excellent service: we had a second course (very good), some salads and gluten-free pizzas (very good seasoning, packaged base). They also had gluten-free caprese cake (with almond flour), very good!
