The pasta is all boiled in the same water and they refuse to boil new water for gluten free pasta.
Rather than simply informing me when I ordered, I was instead grilled about my allergy - asked no less than 3 times if it was actually an allergy before the wait staff shared that it would not be safe.
I was looking forward to trying one of the few self-reported gluten free spots near Monaco, instead I left quite frustrated.
Why advertise yourself as gluten free if you're going to make people ill? Incredibly disappointing.
Edit to add: I was informed of the lack of safe food after being asked repeatedly if it was actually an allergy. The fact remains the food here is unsafe despite advertising gluten free.

Speaking of “Tonda Gentile Trilobata” and other Piedmontese delicacies, I naturally mentioned Zabaione.
They immediately kindly brought me a teaspoon to taste it.
I had never tasted it so good in my entire life of "Golosastro😋".
Finally, having discovered that all their products are "SANS GLUTEN", we bought a jar of hazelnut biscuits 🍪.

During our visit, I ordered the Naruto Ramen and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I would give it a rating of 1 out of 5 stars. The mushrooms had a strange taste and I couldn't quite put my finger on what was off about them.
On the other hand, my boyfriend had the salmon and tuna bowl and he really enjoyed it! He would rate it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The fish was fresh and delicious, and we were pleased to find that gluten-free soy sauce was available.
To round out our meal, we also tried some bubble tea and were happy with our selection.
Overall, we found our experience at this restaurant to be average. While my dish didn't quite hit the mark, my boyfriend's was a hit and the bubble tea was good. If you're looking for a spot to grab some fresh fish or a quick drink, this could be a solid option for you.
We had dinner here while visiting Monaco and were super happy that our daughter who cannot eat gluten found a very tasty food option here. We had regular pizza and the gluten free option and all were super tasty. Staff is very friendly and it was overall a great atmosphere with live music.
Friends, I recommend everyone who comes to Monaco to visit the Riviera Monte-Carlo!

A magnificent surprise and flawless! My dish was simply delicious (and with a gluten-free pasta option!!) and probably one of the best services I have ever had: attentive and so warm. You can go there with your eyes closed, you will enjoy yourself - one of the best restaurants I have ever been to!!

The outside seats also have roofs and windbreaks, so you can protect yourself from the rain and wind, so you can eat comfortably without getting cold even on an early autumn night 😊

There was a wide variety of menu items, and all of them were attractive, so I was really confused❗️
This time, two Japanese people ordered lettuce wrap x duck🦆, black vinegar chicken, stir-fried bok choy, and fried rice, and it was just the right amount without being too much or too little🎵
And everything was so delicious that I liked it so much that I wanted to order the same thing again next time 😍
The bok choy was crunchy and chewy and felt very fresh.
Since I wanted to be gluten-free, I passed on the Peking duck 🙅🏽♂️ and ordered lettuce wrap x duck 🦆, which was also very delicious and became my favorite ✨
I love sour taste, so I got extra black vinegar and ate it with each of them💓✨

Lovely space and welcoming vibe, staff was attentive even with small children/babies. Cappuccinos are excellent, the vegetable tartine is otherworldly, and all the patisserie and viennoiseries are impressive. I personally loved the omelette. I look forward to trying their lunch menu.
I do wish allergy information was available written, I’m gluten free and my son has an egg allergy. But I’ve visited 3 times in the last week, which ought to tell you something! And locals, they take Carlo!
Absolutely top notch. Well deserving of the 3-Star designation. Fancy as they come, but coupled with the extremely personalized service that you would expect with a 3-Star. We felt warm and at home. The wine pairing is 10/10 - best I've ever had. Really beyond words excellent. The house made gluten free bread was amazing. I was so appreciative of this. The head chef is the kindest chef I've ever met. We felt so welcome. This is one tasting menu that I believe is worth visiting all over again. I will be back next time I'm on the Riviera.
