While I am not gluten intolerant we ordered 2 gluten free bases (one topped with tuna and the other carbonara) and shared half each. Both were a good size and tasted great! I was in Palma for a weekend and the first thing I did when I arrived was go to this place because I had seen online that it had gluten-free pastries. It was a complete success. Absolutely Delicious Cake! We had a family event and required a gluten free, vegan and nut free cake. I spoke with Althea via WhatsApp and we agreed on a Blondie sponge cake with orange notes, special avocado and 70% choco cream, topped with fresh red berries 😍. IT WAS DIVINE!!
