Family meal for 8 people for a birthday. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with plenty of time to choose drinks and food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice selection of cocktails and mocktails for the younger members or designated drivers. Everyone was full up . Will definitely visit again. There were veggie and gluten free meals available

We are regular breakfast eaters here in Basingstoke. I am high risk with ceiliac disease and would like to say this venue comes highly recommended by us as they cater for coeliac and are very attentive accordingly. Love the ambiance and the staff create continuity of smiles and efficiency all round.
I would just like to add though that the gf bread needs to be addressed.

Breakfast with Santa was amazing at the Dragonfly! The buffet style breakfast was perfectly cooked and great quality with many gluten free options and priced at just £10 a head is amazing value. The santa experience was perfect for my little girl, it was much more personal than others we have visited and she was given a book, a colouring set and a bag of sweets. Santa specifically selected a unicorn colouring set for her after a unicorn was on her wish list to santa! It was a wonderful experience and we will be back next year!
The dragonfly also serve the best carveries for your visits outside of Christmas, again with plenty gluten free options.

Food was incredible and fresh. We had the Caribbean chicken curry and the Cajun chicken. It really was delicious. Chilled atmosphere even during peak lunch time rush.
I have coeliac disease and the manager was so knowledgeable and took my dietary requirements so seriously. Nothing seemed to phase or bother her.

Food was fresh and service was great! Highly recommend both the massaman and the Pad Cashew. The satay chicken could have done with more sauce as the chicken was a touch dry but I’d definitely order again.

Came here for breakfast today with the family. Very busy place , be sure to book. Staff were very pleasant. Isaac on the buffet was run of his feet and still delivered us our gluten allergy, he was amazing. With kids eat free it worked out at £3.5 per guest. You simply cannot find a better deal. We will certainly be back.
