Funky place located in a basement. The Korean BBQ chicken is just awesome. My wife has Celiac and they were great about ensuring the food was GF. Service was a bit slow but definitely recommend this place.

Very clean and beautiful interior. The custom blown glass lights were intriguing. Food choices were good and the wait staff were patient and helpful. Half portions were plenty for a light dinner. Many vegetarian options and all main entrees were gluten-free.

Stop here if you're looking for espresso with notes and not a chain coffee taste. The espresso maple roll was delicious as was the gluten free rhubarb muffin. Left feeling very satisfied. :)
Experience a creative menu with standout dishes, though some flavors might miss the mark, making it a mixed bag for food lovers.

Tasty and interesting menu. Very creative. The wood-fired, roasted, gluten-free cauliflower stole the show.
There were some misses. The desert was odd and much too salty. The truffle on the risotto had no flavor - blindfolded, I would have had no idea there were truffles in the dish.
The staff didn’t seem highly conscious about allergies. This restaurant is probably unsafe for celiacs.

Sooo amazingly good. Eyes-rolling-back-in-head delicious. A must-have if you're in Juneau. Omg. Just try anything, it's all fantastic. Many gluten-free and vegan options that are equally delicious.
One of the best kept secrets in Juneau.
Just walking in is like stepping into a personal kitchen. The atmosphere is welcoming and Ale herself is super friendly. Amazing selection, all made fresh and regularly. Lots of options: sugar free, gluten free, etc.
Anyone can bake, but few put as much love into their work as Ale does. As a result, her work glows with creative flare, and each confection is a work of art. Her kitchen absolutely radiates with color.
You'll pay a little extra, but the quality is well worth it. You aren't buying common baked goods here.
Ale's got the Good goods.

Good crab fun time
Very expensive but worth it 3lbs feed my dad and I. I have celiac disease so I have to be careful they had a gluten free menu somewhere but the staff seemed aware of what was gluten free and what wasn’t .
I recommend going early. They did put the bread next to the crab as it was being served so just ask for no bread.

This place was really fun and had great food. I have to eat gluten free so I had the pork nachos. The queso was really really good and so was the pork. My family got the brisket nachos and cheeseburgers, but they do not eat gluten free. The food was really good and would go back again!
I really enjoyed the Sandpiper Cafe. It's usually pretty busy for breakfasts, but they do their best to accommodate you. They have a big menu that changes regularly and have some gluten free options available. Their food has always been very tasty. In addition to coffee, they also have a good tea selection.
Its once place we always stop when we are in Juneau!

I took a group of students here this morning and our barista was wonderfully patient while our group of seven ordered. Someone in front of us was kind enough to pay $40 forward towards our order and the baristas helped my students navigate ordering from the menu. The nice gal even gave us all free stickers! It was such a lovely, welcoming experience and we will be certainly be back!
The barista was also very helpful when my students were ordering gluten and dairy free beverages!
On the boardwalk with outdoor seating! They have gluten free burger buns, tortillas for fish tacos, and can do grilled fish instead of battered for fish and chips.
Great food, good prices, fun twists on comfort foods. We ate dinner here at night and breakfast again in the morning.
The Mexican food is good and the breakfast was really great. The staff was nice and attentive.
I will say, I called the restaurant and was not super impressed, but once I went in, everything was better. Remember, millennials, gen Y and gen Z don't normally communicate by telephone, so I think they are bad at it...
Just go and enjoy.
Gluten free waffles were really really good.
I ordered a gluten free pizza with no sauce and no cheese. I was impressed with the amount of toppings and flavor non-the-less. My order arrived quickly. I would just recommend that they bake them a minute or two less. The edges of the crust were especially hard, almost burnt. Otherwise great!
A lively spot that buzzes with energy, offering fresh flavors and a delightful smoked salmon spread that keeps everyone coming back.

Taken here by a local friend while visiting. Lively and popular - was packed on a Wednesday night by 6pm; great service; REALLY fresh, tasty food, including a good gluten free crust option - hurray! Oh, and that smoked salmon spread: wowee, delish!

Authentic Italian Neapolitan pizza with a personal Alaskan spin on it. High quality ingredients and when they can they always source local. Their gluten free pizza crust is the best in town. The way their fresh dough combines with everything else is amazing. They are also a kind family who go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Not only do they have gluten free but they also have dairy free cheeses.

At first seems like a tourist trap, but at the recommendation of a local, we came here! Food was delicious! They have lovely outdoor eating area with a gorgeous view even on the pub side, and I do recommend either making a reservation or stopping by and telling them what time you’ll be back so that you don’t have to wait. I had the citrus salmon which was cooked perfectly, though the broccoli didn’t need the watery hollandaise, and my boyfriend had the pickled rick, which he really liked. The chowder was just okay, a little too starchy. I have some food allergies including gluten and they were very accommodating for that. Really excellent experience and highly recommend this restaurant!
The food is wonderful and the service is excellent. The dining room is set up so that no-one needs to feel crowded while enjoying their meal. The one caveat would be to add a few gluten free options an instruct the dining room staff in these selections. Most eateries have no training in this growing area of concern.
