I have a very low grade gluten allergy - no celiac or anything but boy did this make my meal experience miserable. I don't know how many times I told them not to worry too much as I wasn't going to die from a little bit of gluten, I had a supervisor warn the kitchen, a manager come to my table twice to argue my choice of meal(chicken and potatoes) and my meal came 15 minutes after my husbands did. You would think that they would have the decency to comp a drink or something but we received the bill with everything on it and full price. And to add fuel to the fire - it was my birthday. update: Olive Garden did well in making this right. We revisited the restaurant and had a wonderful experience with an excellent waiter and had a delicious meal. The difference was to just let the waiter know that the gluten issue was a "preference" rather than an allergy. To those the redeemed the restaurant, Thank you!

When my friend suggested going to a place that specializes in quesadilla, I was afraid I would have anything to eat since I have a gluten allergy. I was glad to hear that I could have anything on the menu, then I tasted the food and was so grateful I have it a chance! $185 for dinner for 6. Best waitress ever but whole kitchen staff needs fired. Forgot one salad totally, send wrong salad to another and messed up a third. Then serves a 5 ounce steak with fries instead of a 9 oz with loaded baked, totally wrong steak to second person, wrong side to another and ran out of fries so served only a few on one plate. UNACCEPTABLE! But the sweet waitress got fresh fries, the correct steak, a second 5 oz to finish what should have been a 9. She had to keep going back to get what kitchen forgot or screwed up. I don't intend to ever go back and started out so thrilled with their gluten free options. We didn't call the manager because the waitress was trying so hard.

I recently visited Urbane Cafe and was immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere. Upon entering, I was greeted by staff members with warmth and genuine friendliness. The menu offered a diverse selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and more, making it difficult to choose just one item. My order was taken with patience and respect, and the staff, particularly Amber and Alondra, made the experience even more enjoyable with their attentiveness and professionalism. The beverage options ranged from water and soda to my personal favorite, the agua frescas. The establishment was impeccably clean and well-organized, contributing to a pleasant dining environment. The food at Urbane Cafe was absolutely amazing and offered a unique experience that is hard to find elsewhere. Their commitment to healthy options and inclusive gluten-free choices makes it a standout destination. I chose the Southwest Sandwich, which turned out to be one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The bread was soft, warm, and fluffy, the chicken was perfectly flavored, and the cheese was creamy. The sandwich as a whole was a delight, and I would gladly return for it. My side of soup was creamy and rich, complementing the sandwich perfectly. To finish off my meal, I enjoyed a Snickerdoodle and a chocolate chip cookie, both of which were warm and delicious. These sweet treats were the perfect end to a fantastic dining experience. Overall, my experience at Urbane Cafe was a solid 5/5, and I look forward to coming back for more. Special thanks to Amber and Alondra for their exceptional service, which truly enhanced my visit.

We are from Canada and we are traveling on Thanksgiving Day in the US. We felt like we wanted to be part of the holiday even if a bit on the outside. We tried several places in this town and they were not super helpful esp with a gluten intolerance. This place had lots of gluten free options and even had a turkey dinner that was reasonably price and tasty. And our server was great! Overall grateful to have a good second Thanksgiving on the road.

No one told me there was a gluten free brunch place in downtown Visalia! Gf bagels and bread for paninis, and also vegan cheese. I got the fig brie panini and it came with two gf sandwiches that were so filling. There was a bit of a wait considering it wasn't terribly busy so if you're in a rush I would recommend ordering ahead. Otherwise 10/10

This place served really good pizza and offered Gluten Free options! It is really noisy and more of a bar than restaurant but its a fun place to go. They have TV's that broadcast different sport games and have tons of seating. We went Sunday at 12pm and had no problem finding seating and didnt have to wait long for food.

Came in to try gluten free pizza for my daughter that has celiac. I asked if they could get everything new. They did. They explained that the cover stuff was for gluten free only. Every process they did as my daughter’s pizza was being built was explained. I even changed our our in the middle before they started to built it. Everyone was super nice. Coming back again!!!!!

I loved their banana creme pie snow cone the most, but all of em are pretty good. No worries about gluten with the creme pie either, it's just the banana flavoring and cream, so still gluten free, which is a relief for me. Their smalls are still pretty decent sized and absolutely hit the spot.

I came here with my daughters high school marching band for a field trip. The staff has been amazing!!! They are friendly, helpful & patient. We had the lunch buffet of pizza & salad. Rodger was especially kind. After I told him I couldn't eat gluten he made a special gluten free pizza for me. Food was delicious!

There is a huge selection of gluten free, sugar free, and vegan options, but we were most impressed with the variety of vegan base flavors. Most ice cream places have one or two non-dairy flavor options but How We Roll has a bunch (try the test batch coffee flavor- it's amazing).

Excellent food and service. What I didn't like is the stupid Kiosks!!! GET RID OF THE MACHINES!!! The cashier still had to assist us. She was very helpful and friendly. Our food was fresh and delicious. Ask for what items are Gluten Free. They have the information in a book. My Granddaughter and I had the Shrimp Trio with Rosemary Zucchini and Tomatoes with Feta. Delicious! My Wife had Salmon! She loved it. Excellent food quality, just get rid of the Kiosks!!

Our chef was amazing and everything we ordered was heavenly. The chicken, shrimp, veggies, and rice made my mouth happy Every worker was more than willing to work with our gluten allergy and make sure we had the right soy sauce. If I could eat here every day, I would. No joke.

We ordered an 8" cake, a smash cake and cookies for our son's first birthday. They came out even better than imagined! The ordering process was quick and easy. We ordered a gluten free smash cake for our son and I was worried that if it came out too dry he would have a hard time eating it but it was not dry at all and he loved it! The first time at the Mooney Blvd store. We ordered 2 Mountain size Pepperoni Pizzas plus a gluten free Chicken and Pineapple with white sauce and a couple other small speciality pizzas for 14 people. The pizzas were served HOT and FRESH to our table. My only issue would be the noise level. There were many large groups and the dining was pretty close to full on a Saturday afternoon. Other than that the food quality was EXCELLENT!
