My first time at the new location in the Central Market Plaza. The atmosphere is fun, bright and refreshing. I ordered the Gouda omelette with the gluten free toast with a side of the green chili sauce. All the vegetables were fresh and delicious. The chai latte was delicious. Jacob was gracious and attentive even with a full house. Every staff member interacted with guests promptly and with a smile on their face.
With fresh toppings, a cozy patio, and a vibrant atmosphere, this spot is perfect for a casual hangout with friends or pets.

Great pizza, great drinks, IMMACULATE RANCH. I believe Zane was our server. We told him we love ranch. And what does he come back with? Probably 10 oz of a tub of house made ranch and basalmic drizzle and carrots on the same plate. A tear shed from my eye. The plating was beautiful. The positive attitude from Zane lifted up my spirits from a cold day on the mountain. We will be back.
Side note they accommodated my sisters gluten intolerance. Live. Laugh. Love. Rosie’s pizzeria… RANCH

Not just your typical bakery. This coffee shop, bakery, & breakfast stop is amazing.
The quiche was amazing - options and they were great. The lemon bar and gluten free brownie were delicious. My wife enjoyed the honey option for her chai latte.
We will be back.

I have celiac disease and will never go here. It’s absolutely insane that gluten free bread is an additional $4.00. Really? $4.00? That’s stealing at this point.
Charming riverside cafe with cozy outdoor seating, strong WiFi, and a great vibe for work or relaxation.

The most amazing place you will decide to eat in Pagosa! The food is phenomenal and an amazing variety. Breakfast and lunch options so everyone can get what they want. The waffles are warm and sweet. The chicken is always cooked to perfection. They hand-make everything in the kitchen, even the whip cream. The boba is out of this world. All lemonade squeezed and coffee beans roasted in house. They have gluten free waffles, chicken. They are great with dietary restrictions. The prices are insanely reasonable. A great family spot, date spot, quick brunch spot. The owners truly care what they are putting out and you can taste the love. I truly think this place has something for everyone. Highly recommend for any local or anyone in Pagosa!
Enjoy a welcoming vibe with attentive service and a cozy ambiance, making it the perfect spot for a delightful dining experience.

Delicious food, most friendly staff I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere; the server went above and beyond to help us out with my food intolerances, you could tell she really cared.
Recommended if you are gluten sensitive, or if you like good Chinese food in a warm atmosphere
Enjoy a great ambiance and unique dishes, perfect for a special occasion or a cozy dinner, with outstanding recommendations that enhance each visit.

We ate here for dinner while we stayed over night at the hot springs.
We arrived around 6pm and even though we didn’t have a reservation the hostess was able to get us a table with no wait.
The atmosphere is really nice and restaurant was very clean. Prices are a little pricey but was worth every penny.
Our waitress, Brittany, was so nice and helpful in ordering and recommendations. My wife wanted a cocktail and she recommended the Violet Bloom. The drink was one of the best cocktails we have ever had.
There were so many interesting menu items that I wanted to try. That I ended up ordering the chicken with three different sides.
When ordering the chicken, Brittany said that it was just a plain chicken breast and suggested a lemon garlic with capers sauce. The sauce was so good and chicken was juicy and tender.
As for the three different sides I ordered the Sweet and Sour Brussel Sprouts were my favorite.
The Brussel sprouts are ground up and mixed with their sweet and sour sauce. It was a huge surprise when tasting it. I have always loved grilled Brussels sprouts, my wife hates them.
When I took that first bite I told her she had to take a bite.
Since she hates Brussels sprouts it took some nagging for her to finally take a bite. She agreed with me that it was her favorite thing we tried that night.
The other two sides I tried were the Saffron Risotto and the garlic mashed potatoes. Both were excellent.
My wife ordered the Margarita Pizza with Sourdough crust. It was excellent and I liked the sourdough crust. I have a gluten allergy and the only bread I can eat is sourdough.
Then we decided to share a dessert. We ordered the limoncello tiramisu. We both agreed it was probably the best dessert we have ever had.
So I highly recommend this restaurant. My wife and I have already decided on what we are going to order whenever we come back to the hot springs.
With amazing house-made sauces, a cozy porch vibe, and raved-about dessert, this spot is a must-visit for a delightful dining experience!

So excited to have this food truck in Pagosa. I was able to get a gluten-free rice bowl and a delicious watermelon salad. Food came out fast. Great benches with shade and public restrooms in the clock tower.
