This place was really great, the customer service was amazing and Natasha my server was so kind, I can’t have dairy or gluten so she made sure I knew all my options (which were a lot thankfully). Okay, so we went to the Old Spaghetti Factory the other night, and I just have to say, our server Ashley was amazing! Seriously, she made the whole experience. She was so friendly and attentive, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. My friend has a gluten allergy, and Ashley was so great about it. She knew exactly what she could and couldn't have and made sure her meal was totally safe. It was such a relief, and it meant my friend could actually relax and enjoy her food.
Ashley was also just super personable and fun to talk to. She seemed to genuinely care about making sure we had a good time. Honestly, she's one of, if not THE best server I've ever had. If you go to the Old Spaghetti Factory, definitely ask for Ashley! She's the s***
