I love this place! I’m here in Florida for vacation and they were very accommodating with my GF allergy because I have Celiac disease. They do make their fries 100% gluten free. They use COMPLETE separate and clean equipment to make sure the food is not contaminated with any unsafe allergens. They have a cauliflower crust for any kind of pizza as well. Overall is very delicious and I would definitely go there again! 😁
Expect efficient service with pre-orders to avoid chaos and attentive staff ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all diners.

I am Gluten Free and they made sure my sandwiches was safe. They changed gloves, had extra wrapping around my sandwich and took care of me. The manager on duty was fantastic! Will eat there again. I am a flight attendant so finding good GF food is hard in airports. I appreciate the extra effort to make sure my sandwich was safe.
I asked which dressings were vegan and the girl said none except oil and vinegar. I was shocked and frustrated that a salad place did not have one vegan dressing. I went in search of another place but my husband wanted a salad so he went back. He calls me to tell me he asked for the girl bring out the bottle of balsamic dressing to look at the ingredients. Sure enough it was vegan. I went back and there was no one out there. I waited a few minutes and saw in the window to the kitchen another worker was back there on her phone. I hoped she would see me but she was too engrossed in her phone or just ignoring me. I knocked on the door and she looks at me like "what do you want?" By this point two others were waiting with me and I told them this and they left to get pizza next door. The original worker eventually came out with an attitude and I asked if she could bring out two other dressings that I had contemplated before she said nothing was vegan. Sure enough they were both vegan. Ironically the Asian one which was said to be gluten-free did have wheat in it so that's concerning for anyone that has a wheat allergy. The salad was meh. The vegetables tasted old and the service was the worst.

Giovan Domenech (manager) noticed there was a line at the To Go side of the restaurant and came over and began taking orders. When I told him I had a Gluten Free order, he made me aware that the home fries suffered from cross contamination, so I did not order them.
It was a breeze placing my order with Giovan. And then I saw him.at the counter looking back into the kitchen to make sure another person's order (with a specific request) was prepared correctly. Giovan also came back to the register once to let me know my order wasn't forgotten. I saw him overseeing the preparation and packaging of my order. He gave it to me and pointed out the condiment and utensil station so I wouldn't miss it as I left.
I will definitely go back to Chef Art's at Orlando's International Airport!!!

Looking for a good burger spot in Orlando? This is a new restaurant and was OUTSTANDING! Great service, explaining the menu of signature burgers as well as custom. All are made with Wagyu beef (delicious and perfectly cooked), and homemade buns without preservatives. I don’t usually have gluten but had to try and they were soft and flakey! My custom burger was perfect temp and seasoning. Got their bbq sauce on the side for it as well as the beef tallow fries. Your girl loves a crispy fry.. these slapped! Will definitely go back when we are in Orlando again.

The food here was amazing. Service was quick and friendly. The breakfast buffet had everything I could have ever wanted, including gluten free and vegan options. The charcuterie board was the happy surprise of the day. I hope I have the chance to come back again next time I stay here. It was wonderful.
