One of the few places to eat out in Pooler with food that is flavorful and truly gluten free. Would recommend avoiding the paper straws at all costs though. It definitely broke my lips out within an hour or less. Straws must contain gluten thickeners or other gluten contents.
With a lively vibe featuring sports, karaoke, and a relaxed atmosphere, this spot is perfect for a fun night out with friends or family.

I found this restaurant while looking for gluten free pizza. They have a ton options for customizing your pizza. I ordered the gluten free crust with pesto, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms (they were out this evening), onions, anchovies, and goat cheese. The toppings were very fresh and their pesto added a nice flavor. I was unaware that they finish their pizzas with parmesan cheese and I had to have mine remade without it.
Our server was pretty attentive, however he kept running his hands through his hair. It was pretty gross given that he was handling our food and drinks.
There are two sides to this establishment: one for sit down eating and the other a sports bar. There was karaoke this evening and the atmosphere was pretty lively.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would likely return when I’m back in the area.
A welcoming stop with attentive service, where staff go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience even in the heat!

Cameron was our server for our visit and did ok. The burgers were amazing. The onion rings were a bit greesy. The salad my wife ordered was fantastic as well, but it was on the menu as gluten-free but had regular croutons in it, which have gluten. Small detail, no biggie. Great food and very fast. We will be back.
A hidden gem in old Pooler with a vibrant atmosphere, quick service, and hearty meals that'll leave you wanting to return for more.

Terra Mia, located in old Pooler, GA. Fantastic meal!! It looks like a hole in the wall place, but it definitely overcomes that with it service and food.
The parking lot is not hugh, so get there early if you want to park close. We arrived a little before 6:00pm and I'm glad we did. No, wait, but it wasn't long and the place was full and lots of people doing carryout. We enjoyed delicious homemade bread while waiting and the meal took about 20min. Worth the wait!
Service Fantastic, and super helpful. They serve beer and wine, not a ton of selections but enough. Make sure you come with an appetite because you will get full.
We were a group of six, and everyone got something different, including one person who is Gluten-free and they were spot on. Everyone said their meal was excellent, and we all took home extras.
I'll definitely be back....yum!!!
Unique and vibrant, this place guarantees delicious, customizable pizzas with a warm atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome.

We were greeted by a young lady named Casey that was extremely polite and helpful. She helped us with our choices as this was our first visit. We made our purchase and quickly received our food. We didn’t realize that the business closed at 7 and had walked in about 6:45 but the manager was sweet and told us to please stay and finish our meal. We felt bad about coming last minute but she ensured us it was perfectly ok. I finished mine while we were there because it was so amazing. I purchased the Gluten free and had vegan cheese placed on it and they knocked it out of the park for taste. Definitely would come back.
A consistently positive spot known for its cleanliness and quality offerings, making it a go-to for many.

It is always a good experience at this location. Clean. Staff is professional and helpful. Food is always good. I have a gluten intolerance, so I typically go when they have the chicken tortilla soup on Tuesday and Thursdays, it is gluten free and it is very good.

I love the Dosa here. It's a south Indian dish, so not often on menus of north Indian restaurants. I'm gluten-free & while I love Naan, I no longer eat it because it's made with wheat. Dosa are a great alternative - lentil & brown rice crepes. I often just pickup 2 orders of plain dose here. The staff is always friendly & reliable.
A roadside gem with quick, fresh bites and standout bacon tater that fuels your journey perfectly.

stopped here during a road trip- absolutely perfect!! coffee, amazing gluten free breakfast that was made fresh but done quickly, and we were back on the road. gluten free bacon tater and fresh fruit cup hit the spot perfectly. there weren't many other gluten free options, but the bacon tater was what we both wanted anyway
I absolutely love Jersey Mike's Subs. I am gluten free and they have gluten free options here and it tastes so good! My favorite is their Philly cheese steak. I get it almost everytime with the gluten free bread. The service here is also fast. I'll make sure to keep coming here.
With a reliable menu that pleases everyone and accommodating service, it's a go-to spot for a satisfying meal any time.

Told the staff of my allergy prior to them preparing my food. They changed their gloves and had only one person handle my food down the line. Super happy they were concerned with the safety of my food. It's hard eating out sometimes, and at times I feel like an inconvenience, but I felt absolutely safe eating here. Especially with how they handled it all. Fellow celiacs, feel safe knowing our gluten allergy isn't taken lightly!

For fast food, it’s alright. Not good for dietary restrictions of any kind. Fast and friendly service, clean store and bathroom. Affordable. The cheese curds were yummy.
Only option for gluten free is salad or ice cream.
Expect a cozy vibe, ample portions, and some serious team spirit among the staff, making it feel like family.

Awesome experience. Cashier called her manager on the phone to confirm the gluten free items before I ordered. The Bangkok chicken curry is delicious. My daughter loved the Bangin Miso Ramen. My husband’s meal portion was way more than what he could eat in one sitting. You are sure to leave with leftovers! The place got busy and we did have to wait a while to get our food, but the staff handled it appropriately and worked as a team. The manager stopped by our table to check on us and we had an engaging conversation. Almost felt like he was part of the family before we left!
As Vegans, finding a good place to eat is a very difficult task and finding gluten free options on top of that for my wife adds to the difficulty, haha... That being said, the food here was very good, soothing and fun to cook on top of that. The fun part is rather simple, lol, but still enjoyable for my wife and I and the 8-year-old. The atmosphere was very relaxing, not very noisy and quite clean. Our servers were knowledgeable, polite and cooking the food at out table didn't take as long as I thought it would. I think anyone would enjoy this restaurant and plan on being there for at least 1.5 hours and having good food and great conversation. (Leave the phones in your pocket or purse...) 😊👍
Nasty restaurant. Staff was rude and the food was cold. The staff service was short and it took a very long time to be seated. Once seated it took 10 minutes for some one to show up and actually get our order wrong. Okay when you ask for gluten free pancakes and you get pancakes that are not gf because they had sprinkles at the bottom of them. Well not noticed until after eating the pizza. Within an hour of leaving that nasty IHOP we broke out and had horrible reactions to the gluten which was suppose to be gluten free. The manager who was a male didn't give us his name and was all about trying to be a car salesman to get people seated. Let me tell you when I say that this place has issues I mean it has issues. Even a guy sitting in the Lobby told us to go to Metro Diner. Wish we would have gone there.

I’ve been here twice for dinner and for a New Years Eve celebration! Great gluten free and vegan options as well! Chef Alexander was super helpful when I reached out to him about GF options for their 5 course dinner. Everything was delicious! From the grape vineyard salad, coco stew, vegan teriyaki oxtails, & hibiscus apple tart…I’ll definitely be back for a third time!
Known for consistently great smoothies, this spot keeps loyal customers coming back for more.

When I revealed my gluten-free needs, our server told me that the Zuppa Toscana is gluten-free, and I was pleasantly surprised. Most soups use flour as a thickening agent, so I was very pleased to have an appetizer available for me. My only regret was getting the marinara sauce as it was very acidic with large chunks of tomato. The make your own pasta menu needs to include butter as a choice. I was so tired from 13 hours on the road that I did not think to ask for buttered noodles, but I will do this next time.
The sushi is our favorite thing to get here. The Nigiri is really good as well. My wife is gluten free and we love that they carry GF options. I love the tempura Philly roll.

My husband and I are just passing through on the way to a wedding and picked this place by chance. The people working there are super friendly and patient, the coffee is good quality, the lattes are a little on the sweeter side but I enjoy that every now and then. It's worth trying, they have a ton of variety in drinks, they also offer gluten free desserts
