We had a party of 13 people 3 of them children age ranging 2 years to only a few months. Our server Shannon was a rock star. Very friendly, very helpful when it came to a couple friend’s dietary needs, and all around great service. The food was also excellent. My wife has Celiacs diease and their gluten free crust combined with the kitchen staffs attention to not cross contaminating was a big plus for us. We will definitely be returning!
Known for its inviting vibe, this spot offers simple ordering, fresh dough, and plenty of options for various dietary preferences.

Portions here are very good and food was delicious. I got gluten free pancakes and was impressed they tasted and looked pretty normal. The stand alone tables are a little crowded but our waiter was great and we had a good experience!
A great vibe and awesome drinks make this place fun, but the loud music can be a bit much for a chill hangout.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I used to frequently the champaign location often before they closed so I was very excited to try the Bloomington location and it did not disappoint! We had two small issues. One with some dirty Silverware and one with undercooked salmon and the wait was AMAZING! He was quick to fix the issue and very kind. The vegetable banana curry was amazing and my husband's bacon and egg burger looked delicious! They had quite a few gluten free options so that was also a plus! 10/10 recommended, we will definitely be coming back.
Great for group celebrations with a fun atmosphere and a solid variety of pizza options, plus a driving range for some extra fun!

Blono pizza Co. is a great spot for food, drinks, and entertainment! The atmosphere is lively, with fun activities such as golf and mini bowling which can make for a great, competitive way to spend the night out with friends. Their smoked wings are a must-try, and the gluten free pizza is packed with flavor.
A huge shoutout to Silvana the bartender—she’s amazing! Friendly, attentive, and always making sure everyone has a great time. She truly enhances the experience here.
Chill vibes and great tunes set the perfect backdrop for delicious meals and refreshing drinks, making it a must-visit hangout.

This is now one of my favorite restaurants in the world. We wandered in to Medici on a cold Friday at lunchtime in late November. The consistently good music was an instant comfort. Everything we ordered was excellent and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the gluten-free pizza. It comes in medium and is plenty for 2-4 people. The cheese, toppings, and crust were gorgeous. The reuben, truffle fries, and pretzel sticks were terrific. The drinks, though. Don't pass on the frozen lemonade or the tea! I can't wait to go back.
Offering an impressive range of vegan and vegetarian options, this spot is a must-visit for plant-based eaters seeking variety.

I’m always happen when restaurants have vegan options. And they even have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free prominent on their digital menu inside. It was nice to see so many vegan options. I ordered take out, the food was mostly good. I’m not a fan of their style of fries with the extra coating. Also, it would have been nice to see ketchup packets available. (I may have missed them which is why I had to ask for them.) I still recommend this place for anyone who needs vegan food.
Amazing local gem known for its unique menu, packed atmosphere, and buzzing vibe, making it a must-visit for food lovers!

Best meal I’ve had out in a long time. I had the cornmeal pancakes and they are probably the most unique and complex meal I’ve eaten locally. It was like something made on Top Chef that would make all of the judges go nuts. Sweet and savory for the win with pulled pork, house blackberry jam, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon butter, chipotle maple syrup & green onions. The blackberry jam wasn’t super sweet and added the perfect amount of acidity to tie it all together. Lastly a bit of spiciness was the chef’s kiss for me. I got them because they are gluten free and the whole time I ate them I didn’t miss regular pancakes at all. These were actually better.
Service was great and the place was packed but they were moving people in and out no problem.
Only complaint was that there were so many people packed into such a small space that it was almost too loud to have a conversation. I think everyone was yelling over each other and there were a couple of times I felt nauseous at how loud it was. That is a me problem, though. My sensitivity to noise is probably not the norm. The crowd was just a testament to how great the food is here.
This spot offers a vibrant selection of incredibly fresh bowls, featuring unique flavors and a commitment to excellent quality.

My first experience with this wonderful shop today - - warning, the flavors can be addicting! As I savored the Blue Bowl, I believe, I found myself wondering how to get to Normal and still manage work/travel requirements in Central IL. The bowl was so balanced in flavors and refreshing with fresh, sweet strawberries and acai. Amber is a delight, store manager, and very knowledgeable and engaged in growing her knowledge of nutrition and proper management of food prep necessary in addressing allergy concerns. I have gluten and soy sensitivities and I know I was in the best of hands through Amber's expertise and the menu, as constructed. Everyone in the area should look forward to the store's planned food truck, rolling sometime in March 2025! Thank you, Amber, for my being able to enjoy, such a delight, worry-free.
Experience a creative twist with customizable crust options and a huge variety of toppings for a memorable meal.

Amazing Gluten Free pizza! They had a lot of topping options and you even get to pick rice or potato for the crust! The staff were incredible and very polite. Absolutely loved my experience with Firehouse.

We were passing through Bloomington and decided to check out jack’s and enjoyed our meal. We ordered the hummus plate which was flavorful, had great fresh veggies and the pita was warm and soft. We also ordered the pomegranate & goat cheese salad which was tangy but a bit over dressed (raisins and walnuts and pomegranate and beets). The chicken and lamb skewers were our final dish. Both were good. The meat could have used more seasoning/sauce but the veggies were great. The chicken was very moist. The lamb a bit over cooked. The price for the hummus and salad was a bit high but the quality overall was good. (Menu is clearly labeled gluten free)
No frills place with authentic Mexican food. Large menu with gluten free options indicated. We had the red chicken enchiladas and Carne asada burrito. Both were very good. Nothing fancy, but a good, decently priced meal.
I got 1 scoop of the vegan gluten free Oreo ice cream. The ice cream was very good, not gritty like other vegan ice creams. They have done a nice job redoing the inside of the store. Compared to other local ice cream shops the prices are extremely high. I paid $6.09 for 1 scoop of ice cream in a paper cup.
Edit after store reply: I forgot to mention I included my $1 tip in the $6.09 total. Reply is correct. If you do not provide a service tip the total for 1 scoop of vegan ice cream is $5.09.
Sushi at a Mexican restaurant- I know, right? But this is legitimately the best spot for low key sushi. Way better than Kobe, and you don't have to get dressed and wait for a table like anju. It's way higher quality than you would imagine for a spot like this, and the staff is extremely accommodating. I have celiac and have never been sick- either from shady fish or cross contamination- and I eat here twice a week. Go for it!
Really wonderful coffee. Ordered a latte and it was delicious and my fiance ordered the avocado toast and was not disappointed! Reason for 4 stars, is that there were no gluten free options for food. Not even individually wrapped pre made items.
